Had to return items purchased online. Neither item had a tag. Associate had to look up the items which took some time. Believe me I was patient. After the transaction was complete, she turned to her coworker and said she likes animals better than people. I wasn’t nasty and I was patient. She said this right in front of me : (. Does Kohl’s really want employees who speak this way in front of their customers?

I started at self check out and it didn’t take my card so eventually the lady came over and said use the next self check out. It also didn’t take my card then she said use the third self check out it also didn’t take my card then she took me at the registerand it also didn’t take my card then she said oh I have to call for authorization so she gives me a phone number and it asked for my merchant ID number, so I think she was supposed to call for authorization so then she gives me the number from the credit card customer service I called that and it says I have $1000 available credit. I asked for a representative and it says it’s closed so I pay with my AMEX card and I asked her for the number for Corporate then I leave and I’m getting into my car and another lady comes running out the door after me telling me that I set off the alarm. This is because the associate forgot to remove the tag so I said “this is ridiculous. I’ve spent a half an hour for a $30 sweater at the store because nobody knows what they’re doing. This is the worst experience ever.”

Beware of sales here. Signs on the product 25% off. Ask associate for coupon. Until you actually do. Then you're told even though there's a sign in it, it's not really on sale.
BTW on line there's a 25% coupon as well.

I always enjoy shopping at the different locations of Kohls. Everything was stocked well except for the Sephora store inside Kohls. It's a great way to get most of your shopping done for the whole family. The employees are all very helpful and kind.

Store registers showed my gift card as empty. No one bothered to check the number. After going home, I checked the number online and found I had $18 credit left on card.

In the store for 30 minutes, only 2 other guests were to be found the entire visit.

Although convenient, the Kohl’s Saphora is not considered a “real” Saphora. Credits from other stores or returns from other stores are not allowed. Even the associates are confused about the rules. It’s not convenient. I will be shopping at Ulta from now on.
