I went to this store with my Family 12/24 and was so happy to see them having more teams than when I went the first time. I picked the hat I needed and went to get cashed out… The sales agent was helping a guy figure out a stitch for his hat… The customer told him(team member ) to go help us, he declined to make us wait while they figure out a hat design. It’s only me and the guy as customers in this store. What would’ve take 30 seconds, I’m now standing there for 7-10minutes. To the point I put the hat down and left.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. The guy working at the store on 7/20/2023 at around noon was terrible. Accused me of lying then all of a sudden this system went down. I was shocked how bad I was treated by this employee. On a positive note the guy helping me on 7/19/2023 was very helpful but on 7/20 the experience makes it to where I will never go back.

Wish I can give 0 stars honestly came in 2 days ago in the afternoon to purchase a hat & then their card system is down , then came back in the morning & now they are not accepting cash because a irresponsible person did not go to the bank wasting my whole morning Coworkers don’t care about nobody but them selves I won’t waste my time coming back here

Unhelpful associate. Accused me of wearing hat when all I wanted to do was exchange it.. he claims he doesn’t remember me buying it here and I was just there 48 hours ago… No wonder he works at a hat store! ??????

Good store could be better has a lot of snap back's! Barley any fitted size 8s! People with dreads need a size 8 in fitted and snap back's doesn't work for dread head's!

Was there with my husband Thursday, associates were there literally two feet away as we were looking at hats and one tall skinny guy said something about how we looked like we couldnt hear him , i walked by we made eye contact then he try to look away , i told my husband and my husband started talking loud , the three guys standing there didnt even look up they knew why he was speaking loud but tried to ignore it . Then the guy wants to play d*** and ask what he said , long story short dont talk about customers when they can hear you and when they confront you , you act d**** So unprofessional, especially when you working in a mall that’s basically going out of business, dont talk about your few customers you have.

I was looking for a hat to match some sneakers that I purchased for my boyfriend and I had no idea what to choose. 2 very helpful employees took the time to ask me questions regarding what my boyfriend liked. I was very happy for the help. I know where to go to from now on.

Absolutely terrible customer service and selection. Says doesn’t accept cards pick out a hat cause I needed one. Go to check out and they don’t accept old hundreds. I never write reviews. Stores nothing like any other lids

My husband and I went to purchase a Lid two days ago. The store manager was late to open the store didn’t have his name tag on and had a cup on his register with red bull and a dark liquid in his cup. He smelled of alcohol. When we went to pay for the lid we had an older $100 bill which we received from TD bank the day before which he immediately refused. His reason was that he had been getting a lot of fraudulent bills and he was not going to accept the bill. He didn’t even use the counterfeit pen as requested. We went to Bath and body works to buy one item so that we could break the bill and of course it passed inspection! My husband went back to purchase the lid because we needed the store information from the receipt to contact the corporate office because of this situation and his extremely rude demeanour. Upon calling, and receiving a call back from the regional manager we find out that DREW the manager that refused us that day had taken it upon himself to call the regional manager himself when we left the store to give them the heads up...hmm kinda of odd! The regional manager was completely useless because he kept making excuses for his manager on duty and tried to justify his actions. To no avail. Smh shame on you kids. Very dissatisfied.

Worst customer service ever. I was trying to get something printed and sent him every single file type I could and he couldn't figure out how to print what I needed on a hat. Ontop of it, he was ignoring me and only responding to his coworker that was in the store. I was the only customer and was going to buy 10 different style hats and have them embroidered. The guy on staff was extremely rude. I usually shop here for all family occasions. Never coming back!
