I took a chance and I ignored the bad reviews because the company’s rating is somehow quite high and the website shows that this company has the exact padlock I’m seeking. It’s a scam. The company seems to ship some folks the correct order, but intentionally ships the wrong order to others. Read the return policy before your purchase and read the reviews. The return policy states that the company charges 40% of your product cost in order to restock the items they incorrectly sent. If enough incorrect products are shipped to customers, customers tend to want what they paid for and go through the hoops to satisfy that need—thus, spending more money. The company makes a major profit. Also, the product I received for my organization is cheaper than the actual product I ordered, so that is another source of profit for the company. It’s a SCAM. I must now either use the product I received or resell it and purchase the product we are actually seeking.

We ordered a door closer from their website. What we received was different than what was pictured on the site. It had also been previously repackaged and was missing items. We requested a RMA and sent items back in same exact packaging we received it in. The return was rejected due to the packaging being open and they refused to return our money. I would recommend not doing business with this company.

These guys were great. I needed an unusual lock in a hurry and they tracked one down in NV and got it to me in Cali ASAP. They returned my phone calls too about a delivery issue that wasn't their fault. Price was good.
