Shout out to sales associate Ricky, who could not have been more helpful. In this day of rising prices and declining, and oftentimes nonexistent service, it’s refreshing to encounter an employee who truly cares about the customer and is a great ambassador for your brand.

This is the most untrained set of employees I’ve ever seen. Further, don’t ask for a manager, they are not going to show up either to rectify any situation. Sad Lowe’s location, back to using Home Depot in the future

Another great experience at this Lowes.
I get severe headaches from certain fumes, including deisel exhaust, tar, aerosols, and those so called air freshener oil diffusers that have petroleum products in them. All it takes is three breaths and I get a headache that can last for days from those things. So I've resorted to wearing a respirator when I go to doctors' appointments, or the VAMC, and I keep one handy when im driving on the highway or around road work.
So when I lost my old one I decided to go to this Lowes for a replacement, because I'd gotten such good customer service last week. It's actually kinda nice to recognize staff people, and be recognized and remembered! The best part is when someone helps you find exactly what you are looking for by showing you where it is, not just telling you what aisle to look in.. This is especially good if you are short and the item you need is on a top shelf, or if you have a hard time spotting a specific product in the midst of everything else for sale.
Eric from lumber spotted me wandering past the respirators and made sure I found them. I was so pleased to be remembered, and so grateful to be spared the misery of wandering around lost and clueless, that I bought 2 of the odor/particulate matter 3 M respirator masks instead of 1. Now I'll be able to keep one in the car.
This Lowes is a real community-based store. I actually look forward to shopping again.

Customer service is a joke. They were supposed to pick up a bunch of lumber 2 weeks ago. After hours of calling all I got was a "we'll call you back" never got a call back. Guess I got to hop back on the phone and waste more life away listening to their hold music.

I have been shopping at the Boynton Beach Lowe's Garden Center for over a year. I have always had an exceptional experience except when one particular employee, Jasmine, was working. Usually, when I encounter her at the checkout counter, she appears miserable, is very unfriendly, and is very rude. Today was no exception. I came into Lowe's on this rainy day hoping some blackberry and papaya trees were still on the clearance rack. I had purchased 2 of each on the previous Friday, where they were unmarked but I verified at the checkout counter that they were on sale. The trees/bushes were still unmarked, but still in the clearance section. When I got to the counter, Jasmine began ringing me up. She told me the total (without the marked-down price). I questioned her, saying I knew they were not marked, but the plants were in the mark-down section and I had purchased them a few days ago. She called a manager and rudely stated I would now have to wait. She then walked away from the register, without another word. A manager or someone I thought was a manager, walked up and verified the blackberry and papaya trees were on sale. He told her to ring them all up on sale, Jasmine, however, did not do that. I noticed she only rang up half of the plants I bought when I got to my car. I walked back into the store and politely asked if she could fix the mistake. She said she could not and to go into the store to have them fix it. As she walked away, she VERY rudely (borderline bitchy) stated she didn't make a mistake. I then went to find a manager, but I could not locate anyone else in the garden department (the person who had been called to help at the checkout register was nowhere to be found). I found another manager who helped me verify the plants were on sale, even though they were not marked (this also took a while because now no one seemed to know if they were on sale, even though I had just been told they were). When I was at the counter having my receipt adjusted I stated she had attitude and that she provided horrible customer service. No one EVER asked me what happened or why I was upset. All they did was put their hands over their ears (they literally took their hands and covered their ears like a child) and then walked away. This is absolutely unacceptable. I know nothing will be done, and that losing 1 customer means nothing to Lowe's. I also know nothing will be said or happen to her. But when I was in the customer service business, and I provided anything less than exceptional service, I would get in trouble. Her behavior and attitude are unacceptable and the fact no one at Lowe's cared to hear what happened, is also unacceptable.

First off if you try going after 5pm you can hardly find anyone to help in the lumber department. I say that because I went to 3 different locations and experienced the same situation. Next is the inventory on the app or in store is correct! I was trying to buy siding plywood and 3 different stores said they each had over 20 sheets in stock. Not one sheet in any store. One manager in Boynton said the store in West Palm Beach had received a shipment 3 days earlier and had over 60 sheets available and they didn't have a single sheet....Well I wasted over 3 1/2 hours driving around for nothing.....

Placed order. Showed 2 in stock. While about to pick up order, received notification they were out of stock. They need to keep better track of inventory in their system
