One of the best home improvement stores around! The store is so large and hosts. Some very unique features that other stores do not have. For example, their appliance section is larger than any store in the entire Delray, Boynton, Boca area. This is definitely the store to go to for all appliance and tool needs. They even have an updated section with some amazing furniture that is both well placed and of good quality. There's plenty of parking and staff are amazing. For example, Mer was the most helpful in resolving all of our home improvement needs going out of her way with her manager to please the customers. If you need home improvement you need to go to this Lowe's in Boyntin beach you will find it well worth the drive!

I had initially left a bad review, but then Anthony made a full on redemption on behalf of his staff… I hadn’t even spoken to him upon leaving the bad review bc people kept transferring me to “him” apparently, & no one would come to the phone.. spent an hour talking to a number of employees just trying to get confirmation on a washing machine that their website said they had online..When finally speaking to Anthony & venting my frustration, he apologized and got himself on the lift to check for the product, then pulled it down, brought it to a register, and handed it off to Stacy to ring me up over the phone. Within that interaction, I did hear him say “I don’t get it guys! These are customers that need our help, don’t run away from them”.. he said it jokingly. And coming from a retail mgmt background myself, I totally understood his position & respected his attitude upon all of it.Not only did he confirm that they had it, but he added my item to the truck delivery for a 1 day delivery, which was stellar bc I thought I’d still have to drive from Juno to boynton to get this washing machine while mine is done & laundry is building up from having 2 small toddlers.He & Stacey did a great job making a sale.Side note; it’s crazy how as a consumer, I’m trying to spend money, and a lot of it, but companies (like Brandsmart for example) don’t want to make a sale! Makes me want to get back into my old position bc I know there are so many people like myself who are trying to make purchases when these big box companies make it so hard when it truly should not be. That’s what employees are for.I digress, Anthony and Stacey did a great job, and earned my business for future purchases and I hope that the district and regional Mgr’s see this review and acknowledge a 1 star review turned to a 5 star review. (And the 1 star review had nothing to do w any interactions w Anthony or Stacey… just employees who don’t understand that they’re there to sell. And that’s the number 1 priority at their job)…Thank you to boynton lowes management for handling this and making it happen.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever encountered, even manager on duty gives zero efs. I went to "big appliances sale event" problem was that almost none of the appliances that are on display are available! So I agreed to delivery option 3 weeks from the day of purchase to just in few hours receive the email that delivery date has change from 3 weeks to 3 months! Obviously went to cancel the order and you could think that the manager on site at customer service will care and feel sorry about their nonsense, nope she literally didn't care or try to even pretend she does! Well I'm going to move my service to different company!

My mother in law and I dealt with an employee named Linford in the Carpet area. Such a professional person ! He had spent time explaining everything to us on delivery and set up. Very knowledgeable and caring! Well done to this man! Great experience due to Linford.

I recently purchased an LG washer and dryer that had a clearance yellow tag on them. There was a sign on top of both machines that advertised an "Extra 20% off all Yellow tag appliance clearance" as well. However, when I got home, I realized that the extra discount was never applied. I contacted the store to inquire about it, only to find out that the machines I bought didn't qualify for the additional discount. This was despite the fact that they both had yellow price tags. As a result, I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to see if they can help. It seems like false price advertising to me!New- 01/092024 This is unacceptable! After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, the customer representative told me to go back to the store where I made the purchase to resolve my issue. This is not the kind of customer service I was expecting. What is the point of providing a phone number( in the reply below) if it's not going to be helpful?

My fiance and I went to Lowes today to purchase a washer and dryer. Robert was who assisted us. He was fabulous and was so KNOWLEDGEABLE. He has over 30 years of experience and was happy, knowledgeable, and eager to answer any of our questions. If you need a new appliances, I strongly recommend this Lowe's location and to ask/request Robert.
