Came here after getting rear ended. Everyone at master auto body was super friendly. Paul helped out a ton, replaced my tailgate, taillight and bumper and made my truck look brand new. Highly recommend this place, they did a great job overall.

I had a great experience with Master Auto Body. The receptionist was on the ball and friendly. They have great communication including email updates and phone calls. My car was finished on the day they said it would be done. The work they did was exceptional. I would highly recommend this auto body shop for your repairs.

My experience with Master Auto was truly exceptional. Mr. Paul went above and beyond in terms of customer service and communication. He even provided pictures to my insurance company, clearly explaining the shady work done by the previous body shop. They had used glue and pipe clamps to keep my front bumper intact, which was completely unacceptable. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and the level of customer service I received. If you're in need of honest and prestigious work, I highly recommend visiting Master Auto in Boynton Beach. Thank you, Mr. Paul and the entire team, for your outstanding work and dedication!

Great experience with Master Auto Body- they were very up front and honest about the process and answered all of the questions I had. Pierre was a great contact for the repairs being done on my vehicle and was available to answer any questions I had. Definitely would recommend and use again if I need.

The Geico adjuster at Master Auto Body is not equipped to work with customers that have questions or concerns. The owners should take notice but for some reason must overlook and allow such behaviour. Do yourself a favor, you don't need the hassle. Go someplace else and enjoy life. Having your car repaired comes with its own stress. You don't need to added to by someone with a bad attitude.

You sound like a caring person in your response. Yet, It is my experience you do tolerate bad behaviour on the part of your employees. Otherwise, you would not have waited 3 months to respond to this review, You would have contacted me personally. You would have taken steps of correction on the part of this emplyee. Most importantly, I have asked twice to speak to the owner and have not heard from you yet. I stand by my review.
If you need your car repaired, do yourself a favor, keep your stress low, go somewhere else. You are a customer with choices. No one should pay to endure an empoyee or business with very poor customer care.

The worst place to take your vehicle if you have had a bad accident. Terrible service and will not fully repair your car. Missed obvious issues and tried to down play them. Paul incompetent when it come to managing and making sure service was done correctly. Waisted hours and hours of my time and in the end couldn’t make obvious repairs that were needed. Do not take your car here. The photos below are what they told me they were unable to see what needed repairs and didn’t know the source of the knock while turning. They indicate a bent control arm and damaged front axle. The car was in their business for over 1 month. Many issues with them I am not mentioning in this post.
