I went to Publix today to pick up prescriptions filled this week. I had two at Medication Station. I needed my scripts, today is Saturday. Medication Station is closed. They kept pestering me about transferring my scripts. They asked me where i usually go. Then they took it upon themselves to have Publix transfer them, WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Not only do I have to wait now, but I will also have to have my doctor call one of them back in. I am beyond pissed!!! What an underhanded thing to do. Not only is it not convenient for me to go there regularly but transferring a patient is drugs without consent is dishonest and untrustworthy. Do yourself a favor, fill your scripts elsewhere. I alerted Publix, left them a phone message and will advise the doctor not to send patients scripts there.

I am not sure of her name but one of the pharmacists here is extremely RUDE! She left me a message to call her back. I called and told her I had a voicemail to call back and her response was “ok well who are you”? She then informed me my script had been ready for over a week. I informed her I never received a call letting me know it was ready. She responded with “well you requested it with your doctor so you should have known it was ready” 🙃 If you hate your job, find another one. Preferably not with people because this is a terrible attitude to have. She will be the reason this establishment loses business.

Medication station has been our family pharmacy for over 10 years. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. You could never receive services like this from walgreens or CVS. Those places have no compasion. The folks at medication station always go over and beyond for their customers.
Would highly recommend.

I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I work in a medical office & the Pharmacists are extremely rude & short tempered when they call.I told the Pharmacist that called today I had to consult with the doctor before authorizing a refill for a controlled substance & she said “I can’t get it now?!” because the patient was there. I again said not without me consulting with the doctor & she tells the patient “I can’t get it now, you’ll have to come back” before hanging up on me. That is so rude & disrespectful. On top of that, she told the patient a bold face lie. I respect that the pharmacy sent us a request, but nothing can be sent without provider approval, especially a controlled substance. Also, as last week was short due to both holidays, they should know medical offices have a lot of orders to catch up on.For a business centered on patient care, they need to do a better job at being patient in regards to getting answers back because we have in office patients we need to take care of first before we can submit orders. I let them know several times to call or send paper faxes. Not every office 100% escribes.

Get your compression stockings here! They are also a pharmacy and some quick items. Just Like a family style cvs or Walgreens.

We've used the Medication Station for many years, and with good reason - it's everything a pharmacy should be and more. As an example - even when I was an inpatient at the hospital and they couldn't get me the meds I needed - Medication Station could, which is frankly amazing, but not surprising if you've ever been to Medication Station.If your insurance is frustrating and your doctor's office essentially non-responsive, a large chain like CVS or Walgreens will be your worst enemy - they'll never help and your prescriptions will be in purgatory. But the family owned Medication Station and their excellent and long term staff will always come through - providing temporary fills while they help you work through the mess.The retail side has a bunch of cool and niche gifts, but it's also a great place for medically related items - braces, bandages, etc. It's so nice to see and hear the same friendly faces when you call and visit.I shudder to think about where I'd be without Medication Station. Over the years they've really gone above and beyond for my family, but I know for a fact they do that for everyone.PLEASE patronize them! We desperately need pharmacies like this!

Staff should be diligently wearing masks and ask customers/visitors to do so! Aside from that, the place is OK.

Sweet and amazing locally owned small business. The pharmacy is great and they have the cutest boutique inside! There are so many great gift ideas and trendy clothing choices! This place is a gem!

I came in here today to fill a prescription for my wife and I was told that the prescription is too expensive I was not asked if I wanted to pay for it or what her insurance was I was simply told that it was too expensive they can't order it according to the owner. What really happened is they just didn't want to help us so they made up a lie to get rid of us. I would advise anybody taking a "expensive" medication to look elsewhere. I would never come back to this place if it was the last place on Earth

I have been using this pharmacy for years and they just keep getting better. They have always been there to assist me with whatever I need. I love the personal touch I receive. I truly can't say enough good about this pharmacy. Thank you ladies for always being there to help me!!
