“I did not have a great experience at the Miami State and Liberty location. I drove four hours from Tampa to Miami to do a custom fitting. There was a lady there who did a great job measuring, and she/the staff assured me they would save my custom measurements on file so that whenever I was ready to purchase, we could plug those measurements in and be good to go. I called twice thereafter to confirm this was the case. Imagine my surprise when I went to purchase multiple suits that somehow my measurements were “lost” with no true explanation as to what happened. This put me in a tricky spot as their custom suits have a lead time of approximately 5 weeks. I had no choice but to make the long haul drive once again to get custom-measured. Word to the wise: if you’re getting measured for a suit at the Miami location, purchase that day so you don’t get the run around like I did. At the end of the day, I was a customer who was ready to purchase, and the irresponsible staff placed numerous barriers of entry to prevent a purchase from happening. I took my business to the Fort Lauderdale location, and Brian Appleby/the entire staff exceeded my expectations. I purchased immediately that day. Make the 35-minute drive to Fort Lauderdale and avoid the negligent staff over in Miami.Thank you again, Bryan Appleby and the Fort Lauderdale Team!”

“Alie was absolutely wonderful and helped fit me into a new suit that I needed for this Saturday (in two days). It’s going to be ready tomorrow. She’s more like a Jill-of-all-trades and was running around everywhere trying to help out everyone in the store. Thank you to Alie and thank you, Men’s Wearhouse!”

“Nice clean and neat store to shop in. I browsed the womens clothing clearance racks finding high prices on the already marked down 70% off prices. I found a Nine West jacket marked down to $64.00. This price was way too high for clearance. There were so much althelesiure wear on racks resembling a sports store. Cashing out was a breeze with no waiting for self checkout. Overall I will return and recommend shopping here. Parking is ample.”

“The first Hot Topic store was opened in November 1989 in Montclair, California. The first CEO was Orv Madden who was an executive at The Children's Place. In 1996 the company went public and began trading on the NASDAQ . In 2013 the company was sold to private equity firm Sycamore Partners.

The primary target shopper of this store is teens and young adults who are interested in music, video games, and pop culture. I have been shopping here with my daughter since was in middle school and now she is in college. She still loves their clothing and having mom pay for it. We came in to shop for back to school and an early birthday present. I haven't had much luck with the employees or the store near me so I was shocked when I saw how clean and organized this store was. The clothes still go all the way up to the ceiling where you can't reach them driving me crazy and requiring you to always ask for help but at least this store had a real dressing room. We ended up buying quite a few things, jeans, shorts, overalls, and tops. We ran 15 minutes past closing and the manager cheerfully waited for us to finish up.

If you have the Hot Topic credit card you can earn rewards. We also got the Hot Cash which gives you a 50 percent discount when you shop again at a later date. If you don't find what you want in store, you can order online and have it shipped to the store for free. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a Hot Topic store and it was well worth the drive.”

“I recently shopped at Old Navy in Boynton Beach Mall, looking for shirts and activewear, and it was a great experience. One of the things I appreciate most about this store is how well-organized it is. Unlike other retail stores where you have to dig through piles of clothes, everything here is neatly arranged, making it easy to find exactly what I need.

The fitting room was easily accessible, and the attendant was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. It’s always nice to see staff who take their job seriously and ensure a smooth shopping experience. It made trying on clothes quick and hassle-free.

What I love most about Old Navy is the variety in colors, the quality of the clothing, and the overall fit. Whether you’re looking for casual wear or activewear, there’s always a solid selection with sizes that are consistent and reliable. The pricing is reasonable too—affordable without sacrificing quality. Unlike other big-box discount stores that carry mixed brands, Old Navy produces its own clothing, which I believe contributes to better quality control and consistency across all their items.

Overall, shopping here was convenient and enjoyable. With great organization, helpful staff, and well-made clothing at fair prices, Old Navy remains one of my go-to stores for everyday wear.”

“Went into the mall cuz I knew Footlocker was there. Figured they had more variety of shoes. I mean sneakers. Unfortunately the mall is dead and the store was very quiet. I started looking around testing. The manager resisted me they had any tennis shoes? I think they're more durable than others. He said no but he showed me some basketball shoes and just wasn't quite comfortable with the fit. Excellent service. Unfortunately selection is limited. Not like it used to be!”

“Actually we had just gotten out if the Christ Fellowship church at the Boynton Beach Mall, me , my daughter & her hottie of a fiancée., + a 5 yr old & a 7 yr old .grandchildren. We walked to the Merry Go Round & from there we could see CREAM the windows were well displayed with their wear. We went in and found some very modern Men’s Jackets, ice cream cone appliqués on back, super colorful & trendy - oversized a tad, and extremely well made. I had my daughter’s fiancée try on a few with the assistance of the store’s style tech. We laughed in awe of how fantastic they looked on my muscle head son in law and then a shot of reality hit us, so we moved on to these super trendy jeans that actually were braided down the outside of the legs - hot? Would have some flesh peaking through. Tyghe finally bought some surfer jams decorated with patterns of pink lips . The store associates were very polite and helpful. We will return after Christ Fellowship church as part of our Sunday ritual@ the Boynton Beach Mall. The store is definitely for the bold in fashion as the merchandise is fresh off the runway. Fantastic novelty boutique - one would not expect to find @ Boynton Beach Mall, pricey but high end and quality merchandise?”
