Went to get measured for a tux for a wedding at this location. The gal who did the measurements and everything was super rude, definitely got the vibe she had no desire to be there. Handed me a pair of pants and told me to try them on, then had me pay and I was out the door. Fingers crossed I have a tux that fits when I go to pick up for the wedding next month.

I get most of my suits fitted here they do a good job and actually make them feel fitted if you get the right people and they can really make you look nice if you not good at matching colors and stuff

My father in law and husband came to this store to find suits for an even coming up that has a theme of “red or yellow”. When asked the lady that had been working there, she rudely said to go to the mall instead. We took our business next door and found everything we needed. That lady will definitely help this place lose business with her poor attitude.

Went to get a suit for my wedding and setup an account for my groomsman. I had just been to the location in Wellington and decided to give this one a shot, I was just a disappointed as the first location. These guys have NO IDEA what they are doing in there. They don’t speak to you, they might as well me mimes. If you know about suits, you can purchase one there, they’re nice. But as far as helping pick something out or leading you in the right direction, you will get no help in that department. If I was the manager there, I have no doubt I could double their sales. Put these people on commission and I guarantee they might actually speak, learn the product, and show some type of enthusiasm . I’m sorry Men’s Warehouse, but your customer service is really sad.

There is no professionalism anymore. I went to the store to get a Black Suit. The young gentleman who was assisting me had no experience and fitted me with a 44 long Jacket. And pants that were hemmed at 32. I thought the pants were short but was told that was the way they are all made. The Tailor for alterations instead of some wise input regarding suit fitting, was willing to sell me a suit with the Jacket sleeves too long. And the Jacket obviously too long. Thank G-d I took pictures . I called the next morning and put alterations on hold. I stated I was coming to retry the suit. I arrived at 11 AM on a Friday. There were 4 people in the store working , No customers. Nobody said welcome to Men’s Wearhouse. I said to the lady at the cash register, good morning and my name. I informed her I was here to retry my suit. Her entire demeanor and lack of response made me feel I was intruding. After a minute or two she decided to find my suit and laid it on the counter and walked away. So I tried it on again and realized this was a 44 long instead of a 44R. So I asked for some assistance and was told with 4 people working in the store and no customers, in a few minutes. Let’s note I never complained and remained friendly. I cancelled my purchase. $550 is no small change for poor service, a tailor who has no knowledge , & doesn’t care. The sales people lack any basic sales etiquette or knowledge about the product they are selling. They just don’t care. Buyer beware. Men’s warehouse is not what it used to be . Poor quality, poor service, and expensive. This experience is not unique to Boynton Beach. I had a similar experience in the Aventura store. PS Jos A Banks is the same company. So buyer be ware.
