This is by far the worst store every Webster (the coward) frauded us out of over $400 do not buy anything from this store they are a bunch of scum bags. And the pathetic thing about it is T mobile or Metro are Aware of this scumbag and will not do anything to protect you as the consumer I wouldn't even give them 1 star but you can't go lower than that DO NOT SHOP AT THIS POS company They are absolutely the worst company I have ever delt with. I have been attempting to get my money back for 4 months and to no avail. He threatened to call the police on me in front of customers AND TOLD ME TO GET THE F**CK out of his store.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! Owner is like a used car salesman. Tells you one price and then ends up being completely different. Also says to buy a phone you need to buy a accessory from the store, which I thought this is America free country. I don’t HAVE to do anything. Metro needs to do better before they go out of business. This store has always been a problem for me. I will be switching to visible or total.

Costumer service from the owner zero out of 10. He is very rude and no empathy whatsoever for his customers. I do not recommend any to go to this place. I have never leave a review in my life but I had to for this man especially. I literally switched to Verizon the day after I went to this store. If you see this please reevaluate your costumer service skills. Metro need to do something about this!!!!!!!! ASAP

Luis was very nice kind polite and helpful. Not pushy at all. I didn’t make a purchase on this visit but will be back when I’m ready to upgrade.

Mom needed her phone hooked up & we definitely went to the right place. The guys took great care of her & she loved the attention. She is very happy to have her phone service back on thanks guys!

Safe yourself and drive somewhere else. I didn't listen to the others and here's where that gets me. $160 lost and got kicked out of the store by the owner, after he made me wait 30 minutes claimed he was busy when I was the only person in the store. He told me that he will come to me on his own time. Whenever let me talk just keeps talking over me. I am switching carriers just because of him. Metro you need to do better

Please do not go to this store. The owner Quest is very rude he front that he’s the owner on your face because he know metro will not do anything about it. He is ruining the face of this store. I will be switching to a different carrier just because of him. Save your mental health, time, and money GO somewhere else ps: he robbed me of $160 then kicked me out of his store.Pps: metro do better

Do not even buy anything over there...I wish I could give a zero start because the owner is extremely rude. I brought a phone on Tuesday then decided to return it on Wednesday. I did not open the phone not even the bag. When I went to return it he said I couldn't I ask why he said because it was a unlocked phone; which he failed to mention to me the day that I brought it. He didn't put a receipt in the back so I ask for he proceeded to tell me that he didn't charge me for taxes last time I had the phone and that if I wanted to see a receipt he would have to ring the phone in to charge me for tax. I call customer service for help he never gave them a change to talk because he kept on talking over them. He was not trying to hear anything from them. When they ask for his store number if he said 911 and then threatened to have the representative fired because they were trying to solve the issue. He lied to and the supervisor and said his name was Christopher when instead it's Quest. He also purposely gave her a difference address for his store. I had to give the right address myself and his name. He also threatened me to call the cops on me and charge me for trespassing while I was the phone with them. He got all her information so he can write a report about her but he gave her false information about himself. Ps: he also deletes his reviews all the times

I went to this store after another metro messed up my account, I was so lucky to have met ridechel, he was a blessing, took care of all my needs and made me feel like family, I was so disappointed in metro until I came here, very kind and curtious, thank you.

My mom (senior woman) went because her wifi didnt work, THE OWNER told her she has to buy a new one ...she said nop...she went to other store and they explain it was a PCS technical issue during last day, so they connected her phone again, it took one minute to connect. The phone was perfect, just a technical issue . DONT GO TO THIS STORE
