Never again will I allow anyone to go to this store if u do please use a credit card the rep that there over charged my wife and then when she ask for receipt she never received it… to transfer services is free when u do it yourself but when u go threw customer service it’s $25 where did he get $40… if he need something to eat or gas money just ask for it don’t scam ppl out there money.. the other little skinny guy that was there was the best. My wife got scam THURSDAY MARCH 13-2025 between the time of 4:00-4:30 pm money do not grow on tress if u did it to her how many other victims your doing it to… you damn thief…

Horrible costumer service
New phone stop working 2 days after , company refused to replaced my phone.
Store manager John have no interest in fixing this issue.
I won't recommend this store.

I just had to leave a review about the rockstar Timmy at 4717. His customer service is amazing, he literally multi task and take care everyone. He is very polite, patient, professional and helpful. I'm only going to this location from now on.

#1 Metro Store in the Area. Timothy, the manager, is a pleasure to work with. Extremely knowledgeable regarding plans, pricing etc!!!

CHECK THE BILL These crooks stuff your bill with insurance, chargers and other unwanted fluff without ever asking. Absolutely brutal about it! Don't pay $35 for a charger you already have!

Amazing Store & Staff, One of the Best Metropcs in Palm Beach County,Sue went out her way to attend my wife to apply for an application and was so professional and Nice! Highly recommended to everyone!
