I have been meaning to write the manager for some time. I was in your store about a week or so before Christmas and was fortunate enough to have your employee Caroline help me. She was magnificent! She went out of her way helping me fill my shopping list that had been given to me by my daughter, who was decorating her home for Christmas. She searched the florals on both sides of the store and then help me find Christmas balls. Many thanks to Caroline and you have an employee that you can be most proud of in her.

Michaels has a variety of art supplies: watercolors, acrylics and selection of brushes: quite reasonable.

Michaels had what I needed in stock when nobody else did ( green duct tape ). I ordered it from Amazon and the green duct tape did not stick so I had to find a solution and that was Michaels. Last one in stock but I got it.

The self-checkout machines are broken and need fixing. It's unacceptable to make someone go to the end of the line again after they attempted using them. Please address this issue. This is not the first time this happens

Found the Testor's Model paints in Florescent. That was a bit of luck. Wish they could carry Dremel devices and flex shafts for polishing.

Helpful staff that can show you where anything is in the store (as long as there's no "karen" monopolizing the poor employee).
