I made an appointment for the end if the day as it was the only one available. They cancelled the appt one hour before with no reason and no way to get an appt at any other location and leaving me after normal work hours of any doctors office

RN Summer Hardin was so nice and very sweet. She was thorough and gave a bunch of advise. She got me in exactly on my appointment time, no wait. Highly recommend this location.

Avoid going to this location by any means the one in Boynton inside Target is better a lot nicer people and more honest. The Nurse Practitioner here is a liar!

Absolutely horrible experience at the Minute Clinic here. The doctors who work here clearly hate their lives so are very quick to dismiss the concerns of patients that come in. Just because I’m not a regular patient, doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be taken seriously. I recommend going literally ANYWHERE else. Save yourself the headache.

The nurse practitioner, Danielle, neglected to make mention that there would be an additional $410.21 billed to me for services she said would be covered in the cost of the visit. THIS PLACE IS DISHONEST. DO NOT GO UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!

Charged me $250 for a Covid test I didn't need. I assumed Covid tests were free always and the doctor did NOT inform me of a cost before doing the test. I don't want my money back, I NEED my money back, that was my entire food money for the month, and I'll be complaining about this to every source I can until I have it back.EDIT: As if it couldn't get worse, somehow it did. I called customer care and was told I would be sent a refund within the month. IT HAS BEEN 6 MONTHS. I HAVE NOT RECIEVED A REFUND. CVS, seriously? $250 is a lot of money for me. I'd appreciate at least a pity letter!

Only medical place I’ve ever been in who tried there best to send me elsewhere when there was only one other patient waiting. Could figure it out(why). If I wanted to go somewhere else I wouldn’t have showed up their. I am a vacationer.

I come to this minute clinic all the time for simple quick things I need for nurse practitioner school. Every time that I have come, Summer has been the practitioner there and she’s amazing. No long waits with her and if there’s a possibility of a long wait she’ll at least acknowledge you and inform you of a time frame. Therefore you can at least go around, shop and do something in the store while you wait. She’ll call you when it’s your time. Even if you have an appointment and there’s the possibility of a wait she’ll let you know. I go today and the guy today was not nice. I had an appointment for today and signed in a little early. Someone came in after me and the practitioner took him in before me. After about 15 mins, I addressed my concern with him and he states he took the other patient before me because he said my appointment wasn’t for now, it was for later. Summer would’ve never did that. And if she had to take someone that came after me before me, then she’d at least let me know. He saw me waiting and never addressed me. Summer will definitely take care of you if you need to go to this minute clinic.

Came here today to get the rapid antibody test and was seen by Summer. She was courteous, professional, and extremely efficient. I was told to come back in 15 min for results and 15 min later, she went over the results with me. Overall, the entire process was probably 20 minutes and I couldn't have been happier with the entire process and the quick turnaround.

I'm convinced only the kindest, friendliest medical providers are hired for these clinics. My experiences at the Royal Palm location were always great and today I went to Boynton. Shelly was outstanding. Thank you for working and providing excellent care in a timely manner. You are appreciated.
