Caution : the deals they show on the posters only apply if you download the app and have it on your phone for at least 24 hours prior to ordering. Really disappointing :(

I visited today with my girlfriend, Brianna L was so sweet and polite at the register! We haven’t been to Moe’s in so long and this will for sure keep us coming back even more. Great job Brianna !

Smh… I blame ownership (corporate all the way down to franchise) you guys are writing your own death certificate. Sad man, loved Moe’s years ago and I figured I’d give it a show since the “refresh” but nope same old stuff here. Food mediocre, but service couldn’t be much worse. It’s a burrito place, but nobody there knows how to wrap a burrito without it completely falling apart. Forgot my side of Queso and put a sauce on that I didn’t ask for… damn, almost guys… oh and specifically to corporate, no more KAISER SALSA? Talk about not knowing your customers smh…

Food kept overnight and reheated next day, a lot of the food comes in bags and the chip oil is never changed, you’d be better off going to chipotle.

Listen, I went to this Moe's about a year ago, and it was not a pleasant environment or experience. However, spirit led me back, and I see why. Totally different management, New clean look (renovated), and beautiful people. I was too excited because I absolutely love Moe's. I was greeted by two smiling awesome faces, Candance and Gage! They were extremely nice with excellent customer service, and the food hits differently (seasoned perfectly). They made my entire experience worth it! I now frequent this beautiful spot with no worries! Thank you!

What training are your employees given on how to interact with customers? Is it too hard to smile and speak audibly when asking a customer what they would like? These employees just mumble and look emotionless. I remember the old days when “Welcome to Moes!” Would be shouted with enthusiasm when you walked in. And what’s with the AIRPODS?! seriously how does management allow these guys to wear AirPods while working?! Is there a clearer sign you’re barely listening to customers and distracted than having an AirPod hanging out of your head?! I just witnessed one employee with an AirPod in try to say something to another employee at the register with an AirPod in and he had to repeat himself because they can’t even hear each other! It’s disgraceful this is allowed.
