Very Kind and helpful.
I needed 2 pet urns and they supplied them with beautiful engraving, at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommend

I can’t thank this crematorium enough for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. Losing my dog was heartbreaking, but they made the process feel gentle and full of love. They prepared a beautiful urn with his name engraved, and even included his actual paw print engraved on it, also included were both an ink copy and a clay copy that turned out absolutely perfect. They also returned some of his fur, which means so much to me.
Everything was done with such kindness, respect, and attention to detail. They didn’t just provide a service, they gave me keepsakes that I will treasure forever. I am deeply grateful for the compassion and thoughtfulness they showed in making sure I had these special memories of him.

The staff at Monarch were incredibly supportive and kind during a very difficult time for my family. I cannot emphasize enough, the professionalism shown to us during this very emotional time. They understood the importance of closure of our special service dog, Buddy, of 17 years.
Sincerely,
Paul Pavone and family
I was so impressed with Monarch Pet Services. Their compassion, kindness and professionalism was top notch. Buff’s passing was so difficult after 17 years of love and devotion he gave me. I am so grateful for the beautiful box with his remains, the paw print, the bottle of his fur, the bookmark and especially his nose print. I would kiss him on the top of his nose and say “how’s mommy’s boy today?”
And tell him “I love you so much!” I am extremely grateful for people at Monarch for everything they did for me.
Thank you,
Carol Meldrum

I cannot say enough great things about Monarch. The level of care, compassion and respect the entire team has for those going through such an unimaginable pain is astounding. I had a very hard time choosing the best route for my baby Sam and I am so happy I went with Monarch. I spoke with Tevin multiple times during the week Sam was at Monarch, each time he was so helpful and thoughtful, no request was too much. I cannot emphasize enough the QUALITY of the memorial pieces they made for my Sam. I highly recommend getting all the keepsakes they offer, especially the raised paw prints, I feel like I can hold my Sams paw with it. Thank you so much to the entire Monarch team 🩷

such a lovely experience... Meghan is so kind and gentle. She explained and showed me all of my doggy's memorabilia that was created. She answered all questions we had. The keepsakes are high quality and beautiful. Very personalized! The only regret I have is I wish I used Lap of Love (who works with Monarch Pet services) for my kitty!

I need to express how impressed I was with Monarch. The empathy and professionalism these people operate with made my Chloe’s passing so much easier. She was 19 and on borrowed time so it wasn’t unexpected but it happened in the middle of the night on a Saturday and I was a mess. Someone answered at 1:30 in the morning and offered to come pick her up. I went Sunday morning to sign papers and pay and they were just so easy to work with and personable. This is ALL they do, not like some others that outsource, and they are masters at giving your fur baby their final goodbye in a comforting and respectful manner. The detail they went to for her memorial items was so unexpected and touching. The fur is arranged in the bottle so that it actually looks like her fur pattern. The paw print is true because I held her paw many times and the etching on the urn is beautiful. It was so personal and carefully done. Thank you.

Losing our beloved fur child Mia was one of the hardest things I have ever gone through but the care and compassion shown by Monarch, especially Allan made a world of difference. The process was handled with such professionalism and warmth for our angel. When we received our Mia's ashes, they were beautifully presented with a paw print keepsake and digital foot and nose print and even a small lock of her fur. Every detail showed that Monarch and their amazing staff truly care about the pets and the families they serve.
We are so grateful to everyone at Monarch. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for honoring her memory and giving us peace during such a painful time.

My beloved 13 year old Yorkie passed 3 weeks ago, I was truly heartbroken. The pet ER used this service Monarch for his cremation package. I chose the one with an engraved urn having his paw print, also his beautiful fur was collected and put into a little glass jar and his paw print in a ceramic mold. I didn't know how I would feel when receiving my beloved dogs remains but this was really put together beautifully and touched my heart in ways I cannot explain. I called and spoke to the woman I forgot her name to thank her and let her know what Beautiful work they did in such a caring way.
Thank you so much again for handling my beautiful dogs remains in such a way that I now cherish for the rest of my life. I can carry part of him with me now.♥️💞❤️

I received a call this afternoon from someone working for Monarch Pet Services letting me know that my pets remains were available for pickup at my local veterinary. I was surprised to hear from them because I was told it would be 10+ days. They exceeded expectations with more than just that (only took 7 days). I was BLOWN AWAY with how everything turned out. The beautiful box that his remains are in, the paw print, the bottle with all 3 colors of his fur in it, a certificate of private cremation and a bookmark. Everything was personalized about him. I am so thankful that this company was chosen to complete everything. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you all. .

After the loss of my treasured cat, Boston, Monarch did a wonderful job. His ashes were returned in a beautiful wood box with his name engraved on the top. His paw print on a ceramic was also included.
Monarch provided prompt and caring service to Boston and me.

Heartbreaking Experience — Please Read Before Choosing Monarch Pet Services or Lap to Love
Our experience with Lap of Love and Monarch Cremation Services (which, I later learned, is owned by Lap of Love) was deeply disappointing and, frankly, infuriating during one of the most emotional and vulnerable moments for our family as we said goodbye to our beloved Roscoe.
When we first reached out, I genuinely believed we were connecting with a local veterinary practice. I even asked to speak with someone about the veterinarian who would be coming to our home — hoping for some reassurance or background on the person we were about to welcome into such a sacred moment. The phone representative spoke as if she knew the doctor personally, giving us a false sense of familiarity and comfort.
Only later did we discover that Lap of Love is a national, corporate practice headquartered in North Florida. The person on the phone had no idea who the doctor was — because they don't actually know the people providing the care. It felt like we had been misled during one of the hardest times in our lives.
Then, without real choice or transparency, we were pushed into using Monarch Services for Roscoe’s cremation — with little to no discussion about alternatives. It felt like an upsell masked as compassion, and we were too overwhelmed in the moment to realize what was happening. Only afterward did I dig deeper and discover that Monarch is just another arm of the same corporate entity.
If you're looking for a team that truly cares about your family, your pet, and the experience of saying goodbye, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. This didn’t feel like care — it felt like a company trying to monetize grief.
From what I’ve now come to understand, Lap of Love has sold out to corporate America, and it shows. What once may have been a mission-driven organization has clearly shifted to prioritizing profits over people and pets.
We deserved better. And so does your family.

Words cannot describe the ease and compassion from the Monarch team when we had to make the decision for end of life for our 16yr old pup. From the first phone call, to the onsite service, picking up the ashes - if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
If you want quality service for yourself and your fur-child, Monarch is the one!
Thank you SO MUCH! 🤍
