Tried getting an estimated price since this guy is far away from me literally cut the phone on me saying he can’t do it and has to see the car and I would’ve understood if he was being nice about but it was not in a nice way just like in a I don’t care way ?♂️. Way to go you lost a potential customer ?Honestly some places don’t know how to do customer service and this is one of them. Don’t go here they probably are trying to get you there to give you ridiculous quotes and prices.

I brought my car for the replacement of the catalytic converter. I was greeted with professionalism and respect. They exceeded my expectations and the car was ready when I was told it would be. I had a concern the next day after the repairs were done and it was diagnosed and remedied within minutes and had me on the road in no time.No fuss No muss. I will be a return customer with other vehicles in the future. Thank You Guys.

My 2007 Hyundai was making exhaust noise and I went to Firestone. They told me they don't work on mufflers, but would look under the car to diagnose and charge me $30 to say they cannot fix my car! Read the reviews for Moore's and decided to go to a REAL Muffler shop! Made the appointment and they took my car in at the designated time. Had the problem fixed and on my way in 30 minutes. And at a very reasonable cost for the labor and necessary parts. Will be back for some brake work. Bruce and Roger Moore are not only honest but are true gentlemen. Highly recommended!

Used this mechanic for several years. Thought he was a friend. Received a quote for struts in January, after getting my starter & brakes done for over $1000, then rechecked the quote & that same quote that was now $100 more plus tax. When I confronted him about the higher quote, he texted me, “then why trouble me requoting again”. I responded. “I was just double checking the price quote, but looking up a price I’d considered “trouble”? ok then”…..he’s never responded since. My wife & I both contacted the owner Roger. He ignored our call and text. Very unprofessional. Very underhanded in being unresponsive to a client who had used their services & referred their services for over 10 years. Very unethical in attempting to gouge a “friend/client”, spent & referred Tens of Thousands there and this is the appreciation. Family owned and same loose attitude. Not professional. If you use them, be wary: Get quote documented & be very careful in double checking a price quote if the owner is having a bad day. ????♂️????♂️???

Really appreciated Roger's honesty when he told me my front brake pads and rotors were still good for about another year after my dealership tried to charge nearly $1000 to get them done. Got a synthetic oil change for a very reasonable price that beat both the dealership and the bigger repair shops. Will definitely be returning here for my next service and would recommend this repair shop to friends. Thank you for a positive first experience!

Made me come early in the morning on a Saturday just to look at my car from a distance and say they can't work on it. After I call the day before and described the vehicle in detail. Don't know about the quality of their work but definitely horrible customer treatment.

I dropped my car off today at 8am and I was back home by 11am which I didn’t expect at all. Incredibly fair pricing to replace my very broken catalytic converter. I’ll be back for any future needs for sure!!
