“I recently leased a copier from Toner Technologies. I can not be any more happier with their price and professionalism. They delivered it on time and set everything up without any issues. I have been in practice for over 35 years and have dealt with a lot of different vendors and dealing with Tim and Jonathan was a pleasure”

“This Dollar Tree location is in a corner spot that looks like an old CVS or Walgreens prior. Very large inside and stocked well. Plenty of seasonal items + the normal dollar tree items. Can not complain. We found gardening items, party supplies, baskets, and easter items easy (what we came in for). Thanks for a pleasant trip.”

“Took my Luminex to them for routine service and for an error message I was getting on my machine. You can call and they tell you to come on over. My machine was serviced, but error message started coming up again. They researched and recommended software upgrade which they performed, as well. They’re extremely knowledgeable and have experience with all types of steno machines. Highly recommend them for servicing your machine regularly and for any issues that may come up. Thank you so much, Kerry and Faith for all your help. Raquel Robinson”

“I had a great experience with Liz. She answers her phone, is friendly and her prices are real good. Her office is crammed with something you need. An office chair, something eclectic, something unique. Her new office furniture, laminate is very affordable. I saw the cabinetry shop- well made, right here in the USA. She crushed the competitors prices.”

“Our very large organization relies heavily on our copiers/printers. When something goes wrong, we know we can depend on Saxon to get us up and running with very little down time. Saxon customer service - from reporting to job completion - is outstanding. Our field technician, David, is "the Fixer" and unfailingly pleasant.”

“I am writing this about the Office Depot/Office Max located on Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami, FL. I cannot recall the young lady’s name but I do know she is a college student who graduated with her AA the same time she graduated from high school at (SAS) School for Advanced Studies and is attending college in Orlando, FL the University of Central Florida. It all started with a greeting from her then finding out they didn’t have the exact toner I needed for my hp laser printer. (210A) cyan. The young lady helped me order the toner inside the store to be delivered to my home. I received an email with an expected date, to no avail. When I called I was told it was delivered. I never received the package and I asked my neighbor did he receive it and he said no. I called and spoke to the manager, Mrs. Patricia Mortimer who showed a lot of care and concern about my product and she called and was told the same thing - the product was delivered. I called Office Deport again the next day and spoke to someone who put me on hold a couple times and once he came back, he said the package was still at the warehouse and it was not showing as being delivered. He sent me a reference number after putting a ticket in to make sure I receive my order. Whatever correspondence I received I shared it with the manager who showed exemplary professionalism by checking everything out for me. Thank you for hiring people who show care and concern for others. I received the package this morning and was very happy to receive it. Please let the young college student and the manager know how much I appreciate them for their professionalism, care and concern.”
