Didn't have the best experience picking my car up but when I went down to the location to release my vehicle, I got there as soon as they opened and the representative was not there to help me. but one of the drivers was kind enough to find out what was needed and get me the paperwork so that I can leave at a reasonable time.thank you so much!

The two ladies there are very rude and disrespectful. They lied to us numerous times and when I finally asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me and my number was blocked.During a pandemic treating customers poorly is disgusting. Sad place, contacting Consumer Affairs!
