They were so friendly and helpful and professional. Helping us get a step in harness for our new 1 year old rescue and find the right kind of treats and dog food. What a find!!! We were so happy with them, I hugged the lady helping us. This is help and service from people who enjoy their job!!!

Staff very willing to help. But its good to do some research on your own, and possibly try different things before just being set on one particular thing. Very happy to exchange anything purchased I store, YES even open food. We need to love our pets - you need a big heart to be able to listen to an animal that is unable to speak. Great place over all.
