I have 2 French Bulldogs. 1 is timid and even the vet has trouble clipping his nails. The other could care less but both came out happy, smelling good and nails clipped. I give them 5stars. Milo and Buc say Thank You.

My family is an immigrant, we have been here for about 2 years and we decided to adopt a cat We filled out the application letter but they didn't let us adopt because we couldn't bring the cats we had in our country with us. They told us that it was abandonment They didn't let us adopt the new kitten and there was nothing else to do, this made us feel bad considering our circumstances and that we had been planning this for a long time.

I can't express strongly enough my gratitude to the Doggie Day Camp staff. Everyone I met today was friendly and helpful. I want to especially single out Dre. She is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and understanding. I was concerned about my dog's ability to get along with other pups. Dre asked all the right questions, made sure my dog was fully vaccinated, and was willing to put in the time and effort to assess my dog. When she initially told me that my dog did well enough to stay in Doggie Day Camp and then at the end (after careful observation) assured me that my dog was welcome to come back any time, I was thrilled. It is such a relief to know that my dog can enjoy Doggie Day Camp on a regular basis. It's important for her to have the socialization and exercise and important for me to know that she is in a safe and nurturing place where the staff really cares about the dogs and their owners. Thank you!

Second Chance Puppies and Kittens rescue Incorporated in royal Palm Beach.
We went to adopt a puppy on their Pet lovers adoption day. We are truly disappointed in their picky restrictions. They said it's mandatory to have our CURRENT pets to have heartworm treatment when our 2 different vets said it was not mandatory.
Their restrictions are beyond the norm. it'll be fine to waste your time going there at least to get to pet the dogs. the organization behind this event is Second Chance Puppies and Kittens rescue Incorporated in royal Palm Beach.
Nowhere is it written. that they REQUIRE heartworm treatment on our CURRENTLY owned dogs.

We had our 2 dogs stay here twice and never again. Our first stay ended with one dog getting a sliced open leg. They took her to a vet who stitched it twice before we got her and those came out using the cone(too short) to scratch it open. Our vet then fixed it.
Second stay they separated my dogs after strict orders to keep together. This left my male dog freaking out to the point of tearing up the room and eating his own feces.
These are not well trained or intelligent employees. We know our dogs and relay orders clearly verbally and in writing. We were ignored and both of my dogs suffered in this horrible place. Now I’m dealing with the new shedding from stress and trying to help him cope.
Save yourself and dog from dealing with a corporation who really do not know your pet or care about them.

Noodles gets so excited just seeing the Petsmart sign in the parking lot. She LOVES staying at the pet hotel at Petsmart

The reservation desk for the pet hotel did not inform us of the 15 minute evaluation to see if our dogs are friendly nor did they tell us that one of our dogs needed a medical clearance because even though she is fully vaccinated she can no longer receive anything but her rabies because she is deathly allergic. Meanwhile I had guests waiting for me 45 minutes away to give a tour. Ended up leaving and having family watch my dogs because of the issues with what Pets Mart was telling me that morning and I did not have time. I should have been told prior to this daycare visit amd not when I needed to leave.

It's not easy finding a groomer for your dog that you can trust. After leaving a prior groomer that injured my dog and then leaving the next groomer for injuring our neighbor's dog, we tried Petsmart. We found Francine here who is wonderful- knowledgeable, LOVES pets and does a great job grooming them. The initial search here was a little challenging because the first groomer we had took "possession" of our dog. She told us that, by rights, she should be the groomer and kept changing the appointment from Fran to her. Long story short, this was corrected and we are very happy that Fran is the now only one to groom our dog. I would give this a five but the issues with the other groomer knocked it down a star.

Let me start off by saying my baby Jake from State Farm always and only came to this location for grooming and we always had a great experience here. Our new baby Calvin had his first grooming and it went very well! All of this was because of Kai! We will only come back to Kai she did an amazing job and did his grooming style EXACTLY how I showed her the picture . Kai is awesome and very sweet. 5+ stars for her! Don’t ever let her go!! Her quality of work shouldn’t go un noticed! Kai you’re amazing!! :)

Horrible grooming experience at the west Boynton Beach Petsmart.I asked for a simple bath and my dog doesn’t look clean his hair looks greasy and dirty I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome. He looks dirty It looks like they didn’t do anything at all. Really bad grooming experience!!! I completely regret coming here.
