Did I start my 2024 AMAZING or what! Like REALLY?!!! I played my first scratch off ticket which I bought at this Publix & won $50 bucks! I mean yes it did sit in my purse for a few days but when a person who does not money to run their life or put money 1st then God blesses you with more money than you ever even wanted!!! :)))) Money has been coming in abundance 2024!!! :)))) The cashier cashing my ticket asked me what I plan to do won my winnings, I said keep it! He smiled & told me good answer! I asked why, he replied "many win money to replay it and lose it all, not understanding the blessing!" Well said!! Amen! The harder you hold on to money that's when God takes it all away!!! Great staff working here!

This place would be 5 stars all day long if it were based solely on my interaction with the pharmacists; however, the techs can be extremely rude and judgemental. There is no need to be rude, judge people based on what they are getting filled, or make people wait longer out of spite because they showed up at the time the pharmacist told them that their meds would be ready.

I went shopping the other day and basically let's start out here. The food that I picked up was rotten and the milk that I had was spoiled it doesn't hold and the store manager isn't really friendly at all. They need to replace him and put a new store manager there, I will never shop there again and I am telling all my friends also that like shopping at Publix do not shop at this Publix

Went to pick up scripts for my sick son and husband about 8:45 Thursday night waited for 10 mins in drive thru and got to window with Charlie the tech waiting on me..was obvious he was rushing me and was very rude and acted totally put our that he had to fill my prescriptions...this guy should NOT be working with the general public. I've had other interactions with him before and he always acts like this.

A BIG thank you to store manager Kyle.
I was shopping at Publix last night Saturday February 4th 2023, looking for my usual items
"Maybe looking a little lost" when store manager Kyle approached me asking if I needed help finding anything. He explained the store is going through a reset and items are being moved around. I asked Kyle when they would be getting Publix spring water in. They have been out of it for several weeks. He explained to me to the bottling issue and that all the stores have been out. He said he was getting some in tomorrow and would save four for me. I went back in tonight and even though there was none on the shelf. Kyle had four one gallon bottles for me. Thank you Kyle.
The employees at Publix are always very helpful. It makes for a good shopping experience.

Like all chain pharmacies nowadays, they are chronically understaffed. The pharmacists working here mean well, but I can tell they’re under strain from not having enough staff to fill prescriptions, answer (let alone make) calls, and work the register and the drive through. It’s the same problem at CVS and Walgreens. They simply don’t have enough pharmacists and staff on duty. They’re struggling just to keep their heads above water. But as I stated before, they mean well and are probably doing the best they can with such limited staffing.

They refuse to apply GoodRx even after presenting them the correct coupon, and as a pharmacy technician I know it's a very simple process. They took over 24 hours to fill one of the most common medications without reason. They are beyond slow, rude, and have no reason to be as terrible at their jobs as they are.

It's about Pharmacy. Pharmacy works so slowly. You can get your prescription after 4 days. One year ago they were working much better.

Your greenwise chops that were on sale were unbelievable also!! thanks for all you do supplying me with the best meats on the market.

The service I was given today was unacceptable
There was no hospitality but attitude when asked for the Subs to be made a specific way, the response would be a sigh or a jolt of aggravation.
But I guess it’s expected because from what I’ve noticed it’s Saturday and the whole shift are teenagers.

My weekly shopping place. Always clean, always nice staff, not always well stocked. This store is newly "re-opened" in the last few years. It was turn down and rebuilt from the ground up and is very nice. Good lighting, wife aisles, lots of shopping carts. The last couple years, it's not always easy to find items they normally would have. Blame it on the pandemic, blame it on supply chain issues, blame it on the moon. Whatever the reason, they don't always have everything. Still a great store!

The deli department is HORRIBLE. The workers are tired, sullen, do not say thank you, just put the order on the counter.. that is all, folks. If they hate the job so much, why don't they just quit? I usually order online, but the last time I did that one item was not available, so I ended up with too little food. I thought I would give going to the counter another try, BUT WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. No more.. order online. On the other hand, the rest of the store employees are helpful and try to be pleasant.

I was racially profiled by the Asst. Manager Christina Ignacio while trying to purchase a $12 money order.. I asked to buy a money order, and the response I got from Christina was " We have been the victim of fraud, so now when anyone buys a money order less than $20 it requires manager approval. In order to get the approval I have to know what you need the money order for." when I told her it was because I short changed my rent by $12 and my leasing agent was after me for th
