The deli service is non-existent. The employees at the most expensive grocery store in South Florida, hate making you anything in the deli. The attitude is unjustified, as I continued to use please and thank you throughout anks never gearding anything back. No ingredients in stock, truly can't be bothered. This deli is a dumpster fire. Someone up top at Publix needs to come and witness what's happening. I will never order from the deli here again and have since moved to Walmart, Trader Joe's, and Aldi. Bye bye Publix.

I was trying to find chili sauce and looked everywhere for it. I saw an employee Krystal, who was on the aisle and asked her where it was. She kindly stopped what she was doing and showed me right where the chili sauce was. Store was clean, Extremely friendly staff. Love Publix and thank you Krystal.

This location could be better if they trained their employees better. The deli area and sandwich area is the worse and the employees working in those areas have no sense of urgency and complains when they have to slice whatever meat is being requested. 20 min in line only to be told he had to slice the turkey and came back to say we don’t have any. This was an inconvenience as he should’ve never said he was getting it before knowing if it’s even in stock. This happens way too often and it’s ridiculous.

I was just at the deli counter today and was served by a female employee named Hope and another male employee. Their customer service was incredible! They improved my day through their help, kindness, and friendliness.
