Robert in the deli just left me hanging at the counter after asking what I wanted and started making someone else’s sandwich. He asked his co worker to do it and she said she was going online orders and went to the back. The other lady asked the guy behind me what he wanted and started making his sandwich. I left and I’m still hungry.

Never have I had a Publix location where I actively avoid employees but Juicy is one of the worst cashiers I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely no sense of urgency, she doesn’t care if you’re in a hurry and shows it with how slow she scans items. When her line is empty she leaves her station to go chat with her friends leaving customers to wait. Cannot believe she hasn’t been fired yet

I always thought PUBLIX was a family /friendly place.I was wrong this week. I experienced the nasty,rude,disgusted experience Me and my husband and I went to buy beer for my father. Like we always do. As a gentleman as he is, he put the beer on the countertop to pay. But the lady at the counter said no, he has to pay, and I need his ID .I ask why if he left his wallet at home, im his wife !! She responded that he touched the beer, so he has to pay, and she needs his ID..She said is a publix rule .. it didn't end there. She called the managers, and also, she made sure we couldn't go to another register. Yes, I'm Hispanic, and yes, he is white, blue eyes.... Is it now that we start discrimination .. sins, I always went to publix and did the same routine and never had one problem..... Yes,I'm Hispanic, and yes, he is white, blue eyes.... While it’s not horrible? The quality has gone down a lot in the last 7 years. Too many workers don’t bother to have good customer service, they’d rather speak their language to coworkers, bread quality has gotten meh, subs are hard now when they tout “fresh baked” then why do they taste a day old?

I don't know what is going on with the Bakery. They forgot to put icecream in my son's birthday cake and the cake tasted dry and stale.

On December 27, 2024 at approximately 14:24 I went check out at the customer service section.I had 10 items two of them were buy on get one free. Elijah told me no, you have too many items to check out here. He said 5 items or less. Mind you, he was not busy, i was the only one there. I was checking out there because i had to play the lottery.

Publix has been in Florida, since they started out, great customer service, and a meat quality, that is unbeatable, thank you Publix, the prices could be lower, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for, everyone have a blessed day, Rich. 10 bears.
