This Publix is my least favorite. They don't have a good selection. The only thing I requested didn't stay on the shelf. Customer service is not up to the other Publix's standard. The only reason I ever go there is because it is convenient. I try to go other places as much as possible.

I had a great shopping experience last night with a remarkable young cashier named Natalie. I saw her straightening items near the front of the store and when she saw the lines filling up she immediately moved like silk got our attention as she opened up another register. I know it's a routine part of the job, but she made it look like something special. It made me feel special as a customer in a culture where sad to say I don't often feel that. I asked her if she was the manager and she replied with the biggest smile,"no". Not for long Natalie. It's folks like you who keep me coming here:)

I’ve been going to the lake Ida store for 15 yrs but lately the last 4 weeks they’re missing 3 or 4 items that I usually get so I tried this location. Easy to get to Hagen ranch and flavor pict . Not only did they have the items missing at lake Ida but a much better selection and a lot of said items . My new location here’s a pic of the manager at lake Ida when I asked about no baby back ribs and only dark /white combination on the raw turkey breast yuk . Whitworth on Hagen had 20 racks of ribs and Purdue raw white meat turkey breast

I would like to thank the deli employee Shedler, who makes us customers to smile all the time. He is creating such a great atmosphere over there. Big soul guy! And his customer service is amazing!
