I also learned a lesson....I ordered treats...no update...said I had to create an account...attempted to do that...kept saying my passwords dont match...Wow..I'm not impressed....Where are the treats??

I placed an online order for 2 leashes on April 10. Both leashes showed they were in stock. As of today, May 1, I have not received my order and no response from that store owner. I prefer to shop small businesses instead of Amazon. This experience is making me think twice, I paid for the leashes plus an exorbitant shipping charge and have no recourse other than disputing the charge with the credit card company.Shame on you Puttin on the Dog'

I agree with the other one star reviewer that this should not be an online store and they should just stick to being a local shop. I was hesitant ordering online outside of Amazon, apparently for good reason. I ordered a harness and added a leash as part of an optional add on. 7 days later I reached out because I hadn’t heard anything, the response was, “Oh, we just received it and will ship it out tomorrow.” I have an e-commerce business, they received it that day, dropped the ball and just lied about it. When I received it the leash was way to small, it would not even hook onto the harness ring! And even though I followed all instruction, the harness didn’t fit my dog, so when I reached out for a refund, I received a very bland, ‘Return the items to this address and if they have been worn you will not be refunded’.. No apologies for my inconvenience due to them sending me the obvious wrong size leash or that the harness didn’t work for my little guy, just cold as ice. Then a week later I was refunded, losing $15 in shipping.. You can’t have this low of a standard in customer care. This company is why Amazon is dominating the space. Thank you for ruining online shopping.

Took forever to receive my order through the mail. They don't respond to emails either. When I asked if they would send it overnight mail due to the delay in inventory, they didn't even respond. After their delay in sending my order out they then sent it pony express. They should only be a shop and not an online store.

Jodie and her "side kick" at dog events are very helpful and friendly. I am in love with their dual leashes for my two dogs! My dogs are pullers and these leashes give me better control over them...without getting all tangled up. I also bought one of their harnesses.... cute print and durable! This company strives for customer satisfaction. I will do business with them again.
