The phlebotomist was great. This was the best blood drawing experience I've ever had! Even though I have tricky veins, he was able to expertly and quickly find the vein and complete the job.

Very fast service, very glad that the nurse or lab technician wore a mask like this gave me more security regarding any contagion, I understand that she was very responsible for this COVID situation that in my opinion is not over, It doesn't matter that people say you see that this virus situation is over, I always wear a mask in places where medical services are offered and it is incredible that such irresponsible people still continue to be part of the evil and not part of the solution, this irresponsible people do not cooperate wearing a mask that is why the spread of the virus is not finished.

I was so pleased to be called at the time of my appointment. All went well, except from some technical difficulties and staff interruptions to the phlebotomist to assist other staff members/patients.

Gigi took my blood. Im a baby and hate needles. She was sweet and Painless! Loved her. The reason I gave a 7 and not a 10 becuz when I walked into the waiting area there was no reception, no one to tell me what needs to be done to check in. With the online computer check in with no place to put my purse as I go thru it trying to get my wallet out after putting EVERY kind of information like my date of birth, my SS, and a man was standing RIGHT there watching me put all that info in!! IF I was a scammer That's where Id go to get all this sensitive information!! I did NOT feel it was secure at all and Poorly thought out. I wont go to that location again or ANY location where all my sensitive information is right there for ALL to see in that crowded waiting room. May I suggest tighter restrictions to cover that from all the eyes in that room!! Even the GAS Stations have a way to shield and hide your card/info! INVEST in your people not more technology for check in. People want a human being taking their sensitive and private info not a free standing kiosk where there's no where to put you purse as you search for your drivers license and ins card. AND it'd be good if you let them know this is how you check in ahead of time so they dont have to scramble pulling documents out of my wallet. I always liked Quest for their PEOPLE. REAL HUMANS please.

Almost on time but close enough. Once in exam room I notified the phlebotamist of being difficult to locate veins. She made a liar out of because she not only found a vein quickly but even in my most difficult arm. She was great!

I had a young new phlebotomist, who was excellent at her job. I had stopped coming to the Seacrest location after the poor experience I had previously.
