Staff were great but overwhelmed. The kiosk is not friendly to 75% of the people I helped. Mostly because of age. Need a receptionist so that the clinicians can do their job without being interrupted making everyone's appointments run late.

I had an appt and was taken within 5 minutes of arrival in a packed waiting room. Sharon, the phlebotomist was experienced, pain-free, and professional. You need MORE STAFF. At least 3 blood takers! Maybe even 4!

These are the nicest most easy to work with people at this location on Military Trail in Boynton Beach. The lady that did my blood draw was fast and efficient and it was pain free.
