Your office was clearly overbooked and noticed stress of staff member who argued in front of everyone with an angry client. When I suggested that everyone be calm this staff member also yelled at me. Inappropriate. However, my experience with phlebotomist - not the one who staged an argument in waiting room - was great.

It sure would be nice if it was posted online that this location doesn't take walk-ins. Or didn't take walk-ins today, which doesn't seem to be the case since the paper attached to the kiosk stating such has clearly been there for a while. The website clearly states walk-ins are accepted, so this is extremely frustrating for a sick person to have to deal with.

Never had an issue with getting an appointment and being seen on time.

Quest sucks. You make an appointment and then wait 2 hours. There are no humans to speak with. I am looking for alternatives because these guys suck.

While it's a decent location and fast acting staff, the probelm is that they double bill people there. I had to spend another hour plus calling my insurance agency and then they called Quest to get a refund of what Quest insisted charing on my credit card even though they also had my insurance card in their hand. It's a double billing type company I guess and I bet a lot of people don't notice and don't hold them accountable. Must be paying their staff a bonus on revenues..

This was my first time at this location. I made an appointment and checked in through the text. I was called back a little before my appointment time. The lady that drew my blood was friendly and took her time to make sure that she got a good vein. I bruise easily but will probably only have a small bruise this time. There are a few Quest locations on my way to work, but I will be back to this location the next time that I need blood work done.

Absolutely the worst. Quest, in general, has gone seriously downhill in recent years, but this location takes the cake. I ended up with a serious hematoma from a bad blood draw last year, and the phlebotomist also failed to submit one of the blood panels ordered by my doc — which also happens to be one they constantly try to sell (CardioIQ). So, no results on that. And today, despite an appointment (that I set up online for him), my father wasn't able to get his test because they were understaffed. After waiting nearly an hour with a fairly full bladder (it was a urine test), my diabetic, cancer-stricken, visually impaired 84-year-old father (and his 82-year-old wife) left without being able to be tested. I would give zero stars, if the system permitted it. (You have one job, Quest. One job. And you can't even get it done.)

Said they where open this Saturday at 7. I went there and waited at the time they said to be there. I left, came back at 11 and still not open . Hence never even opened. I won't ever waste my time with this company again. Lab Corp here I come.

Had an appointment scheduled. I got there and only one Kiosk works. I chose the option to wait in my car and receive a text message when it was my turn. I never got my message. I came in and the kiosk suddenly said I had no appointment. The blinds were closed and no one was to be found to help. There’s a big sign that says do not knock. When an employee opened the door they closed it before I could say anything. I needed to use the bathroom and they didn’t have one in the waiting room. Horrible experience.

It is very sad to see how our healthcare system is evolving and this visit really shined light on that. No one to assisting patients in lobby, just two kiosks to check in and a overly full waiting room. Had a appointment but just as I expected when I walked in I was not seen until thirty minutes after my appointment making me late to work. At the very least just have someone assisting and communicating with your patients in the lobby. Not only are these bad business practices but irresponsible as this is health care not retail.

I went in for a scheduled appointment today, which had been booked for approximately one month. I have a balance on my account, which is currently in an appeal process with my insurance company. I have a letter for proof and my attorney's office already spoke with Quest Diagnostic's Billing Department about this. This morning I was in Room 3 with Shakena, who saw my balance and stated she was not going to be able to see me today. I explained the situation, stated that Quest had already been notified and placed a freeze on my billing, and offered to show her the letter from the Department of Management Services proving that this was currently in an appeal process at the state level. She had no interest in my letter, obviously was not listening to me when I said multiple times that it was being appealed, and turned her back to make a call and "see if she could see me." She then asked if I could make a payment and I said no because it is being appealed so I will not make a payment during the appeal process when there is a freeze on my billing. She said, "She aint gon make a payment" without bothering to explain why. She then asked if I filed an appeal to which I replied, "Yes ma'am. That is what I have been sitting here telling you and tried to show you the appeal letter from the Department of Management Services." She snapped and started yelling at me saying I needed to check my attitude and repeatedly yelled " Okay! Okay! Okay! "I don't do billing!!!!" She may not do billing, which is fine, but I was not asking her to do billing, I was asking her to do her job as a phlebotomist and take my blood since there is documentation of the appeal for the past balance. She yelled so loud that other people could hear what was going on and the Team Lead had to come in and take over because she was so rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and dramatic. If she had simply listened to me as the patient, she would have heard the backstory and things would not have escalated to that point. I have never in my life been treated like that by a medical professional who is supposed to care for patients. This is not the first time she has gotten nasty with me, but it will be the last because I refuse to deal with her disrespect any longer.

There’s no place to talk to staff when you walk in just the Kiosk. Was told we can drop off, but the man working today is now saying we have to sign in and wait for them to have time to register. Will not be coming back. People need to know how their own systems work before giving information!

. You come in they have the window blinds down with no sign indicating staff will be right with you. My appointment is not showing in the kiosk and you have to check in 15 mins before your appointment but the staff is here and ignoring the patients in the lobby. The doors say do not knock and there is a patient who needs to use the bathroom. If patients are in the lobby they should not be ignoring us. What if there is an emergency. An elderly lady needs to use the bathroom. I need to show them my confirmation number before my appointment time passes for the check in.Dave was great though once I did make it back to get my labs drawn. The 3 stars is for him and how friendly he is and good at what he does.

AVOID !!!! AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE !!!!!Its obvious that employees or corporate had people lie about there experience, because for 3 hours I listened to customers complain and staff apologize for all the delays !!!! So i'm out of state and needed a Coumadin test so walked in, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT ?!???!Another screw up of QUEST !!!! So D who kept coming out to call people in, ignored almost everyone who tried to talk to him SIGN ON THE DOORS SAYS "DO NOT KNOCK" The office has the blinds pulled down and no one in there I asked D if he could verify my dr faxed in my script He said i had to wait my "walk in" turn Which was 2.5 jours later He rarely answered people questions and usually ignore any questions They 'appeared' to have 3-4 phlebotomists During my miserable 2.5 hour wait, the staff seemed to ignore the diabetic patient who was fasting !!!! They made her wait 3 hours And they were NO WHERE to be found when 5 other elderly women couldn't figure out the #%^*%# kiosks and where to scan to This abuse, and hubris of the COMPANY and STAFF is disgusting Turns out after my 2.5 hour wait none of this idiots found my faxed in blood test order and even after i had my dr's office fax it in again, until they kicked me out at 3:30 And its odd that, that late in the day 2 phlebotomists walked into work during the last 3 hours of operation If I was in NY THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN

DARSHA was wonderful! This is the second time Darsha drew my blood. Both times she was professional and polite. This time, the doctor had sent two orders. I was getting the second one completed, which required Darsha to input many codes. I apologized that my order was causing so much extra work. She smiled and said that was fine. Hopefully, I'll be able to have Darsha take my blood when I return.
