I would not recommend this location. I waited for nearly an hour because they said they did not receive my order. When I called my doctor’s office they told me the date that they sent it, gave me the numbers of every test, and provided a reference number. The phlebotomist wouldn’t even take the reference number. I called the office back and they resent the script and 20 minutes later I was told they still didn’t have it. I finally gave up because I was already late for work. This was my first experience with this location and I will not be back.

Great staff and location unfortunately very pushy customers with no patience and very aggressive to the staff. I really feel quest making so much money as per the stocks need to provide some kind of security to its staff. Really customers were very nasty and wanted to storm the inside while I could see the staff were doing their best. This is not a restaurant . Please quest get your staff some security the public just make it miserable for your staff .

Generally a very good experience here. Wait times are usually very short but on occasion can be up to an hour with an appointment. the staff is usually friendly and always very competent. Definitely one of the better laboratory experiences I've had.

Worst staff I have ever delt with. I was in standby since 9:30. Never got called. 12 came. While I was inside I made an appointment online on my phone. Checked in. I then got called about 40 minutes after my appointment. Yes you are reading that correctly. My appointment I made from my phone got called before my standby. Mind you I could of made a appointment at the kiosk inside for 11:30. When I arrived at 9:30. This is so wrong on many levels. I tried to talk to a staff member several times. IGNORED. Do yourself a favor. DON'T GO HERE!

Why does this office have zero human representatives in its reception? It would seem to this thwarted first time customer Quest is transitioning to a cybernetic practice where only machines handle appointments, diagnoses, and, eventually, your funereal arrangements. These sophisticated waiting room terminals are sentient but passive-aggressive—they knew we had an appointment but pretended otherwise just to mess with us. Thanks for wasting our time with your automation efforts, Quest.

My wife went here for blood work on a Saturday after being released from the hospital Thursday for possible miscarriage. The staff at this location refused to see my wife and another guy who was a walk in. Both my wife and this guy were there before the location opened. My wife explained she’s aware she needs to wait and will do so in case there is a cancellation and the staff who refused to give her name shut the door in my wife and the other guys face mid sentence.
The staff member stated they were full and wouldn’t get out on time if they accepted walk in patients. She was incredibly rude and nasty.
There is no live person to talk to so unfortunately I had to waist time and money going to the ER for labs that should have been drawn at quest.
Quest please be aware of the people working for you and turning away patients. The only person willing to give a name was someone names “maleika” who wouldn’t even give the time of day and watched her coworker do this. Very sad time for healthcare..

Definitely make an appointment - was easy online and I had almost no wait time. Jeffrey was very gentle and quick, barely noticed him stick the needle in, really appreciate that!
Had tried to walk in twice before this before 2:30 - do not recommend, they close like an hour earlier than advertised and the security guard was extremely rude about it - but all can be avoided if you make an appointment online which was easy

This Quest location has declined significantly in customer service. The associates do not seem content and this is reflected in their treatment of patients. The technical skill was fine. However, the attitude was curt, serious and impatient - even though I tried to be friendly and kind.
My previous visit was also a negative experience. I will not return to this location and will reconsider Quest as my lab provider. There is no excuse for this negative treatment of patients which is the core focus of their lab. Clearly, there is an underlying business problem that needs addressing in order for associates to have an appreciation for the customers they serve.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible experience. Kentanya, who is also somehow the lead phlebotomist there, entered the wrong lab even after I asked her to confirm/double check it was the correct lab before I finished up with her in the room. She also did not enter it STAT as instructed by the prescription. Ultimately, I would summarize my visit in 3 words: incompetent, stressful, and unprofessional. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of options for getting labs drawn so it's hard to say never to go to Quest; but I would avoid this location completely.

I brought my child for his first blood draw. The tech did not speak to him, she did not explain what she was doing. The only words she spoke were "stand over there" to me, pointing to the wall on the other side of the room and "close your eyes" to my son before she drew his blood.
I also had to take a sample kit home for a stool sample and she gave me the wrong information for proper storage of the sample.
I still do not see my son's test results in the patient portal either, although I can see it in the portal from my doctor's office.
