I had a disappointing experience getting my nails done by Amy honestly, it was awful. The acrylics had no shape, no color, and when I expressed that I didn’t like them, she continued anyway. Then she had another appointment and passed me off to someone else to polish the nails. I was telling the new person I hated how they looked, but she ignored me and kept going. I left absolutely furious after spending nearly $100.
To be fair, the pedicure I got from Cindy was amazing—top tier! But I couldn't get over how bad the nail experience was. I tried reaching out to the salon, but I was told the owner was out of town for a funeral. I kept calling back, hoping someone would help resolve the issue.
Thankfully, Vivian returned my call and arranged to have my nails redone the very next day. Lyn did my nails this time, and she nailed it—literally! They came out perfect.
What really impressed me, though, was that Vivian came in on her day off and sat with me the entire time just to make sure I was completely satisfied. That kind of care and commitment is rare these days.
So I just want to publicly thank Vivian for going above and beyond, and Lyn for her beautiful work. You both turned my experience around and showed what real customer service looks like!

Came in on a Friday, they were able to take me with no appointment which was great, and friendly nail tech. I got dip on my nails and by Sunday 4 nails on my right hand had cracks in them. Going in to get them fixed wouldn’t have done anything since the other 6 nails would have cracked the next day.
I’ve been getting dip done for years with other salons and this has never happened, went to a different salon to get the rest taken off less than a week later. Waste of money, won’t be back.

LOVE LOVE LOVE My nails ❤️ I go to Lyn and this is my 2nd time going to her. I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon for so long and finally found my girl Lyn. The pink nails are my 3.5 week old nails! They look like they can go another week! (I couldn’t because I like my nails short) she does great quality work. Now don’t go filling up her schedule so I can still go to her but she is the BEST!

If you truly want an honest real review; DODGE A BULLET. I had the unfortunate experience, due to being time restricted, to have these people do my nails and my already “micro bladed” eyebrow trim, which they made practically bald. I’m over 40 years old and I’ve never had anybody do my nails in such a SHABBY manner.

I went back 3 times! Gel polish chipping! Asked for chrome to begin with & he said chrome chips easily! So I went with his recommendation. Didn’t do any cooking or cleaning over the weekend & Monday several nails were chipped. Went back but he only polished the chipped ones! So of course a few days later another one chipped! I don’t have the time to keep going back! Gel polish should last 2 weeks! Disappointed!

Been trying different nail salons in Boynton Beach and several reviews said they use rainbow nails. They were ok not much different than the other nail salons I tried

I have been going here with family and friends for YEARS the people are very nice, and is the ONLY nail salon that I go to. They are extremely detailed with everything from my manicures to my pedicures!
