I went in to sally beauty Saturday morning when I had a DoorDash order I was on limit time I when in to grab the order there was this lady there I said to her I had a DoorDash order she proceeded to say it did not come through so I said to her the order is right here on my phone I could show it to you she then started rolling her eye acting all irritated with me then she ask about a order number I was trying tell her and she was like she doesn’t have it then she says I have some order over here then she saw that the order was there she had taken up so much of my time I delivered package so late if she had js taken her time to look at the orders she had already pack it would have been so much smoother….

I went to this location over the weekend and both employees were super nice and helpful. I don't remember their names but they were both great! I was happy with the inventory options they had and feel like their pricing is fair for the quality of the products. The store was clean and organized and they had a lot of items on sale and in their clearance section as well.

Thank u for your help as i went to the Delray Sallys I was told " they dont carry bond bar." I was told I would have to go to Boca to get it when I went to the Delray Sally's then I called the Boynton Beach Sally's they had it right in stock so thank you to the people who work at Boynton Beach Sally's and to the ones that work in Delray you need to be educated alot more on your products I don't even work there and I knew they will not advertise the bond bar as much as they do unless they had it so thank you to Boynton Beach Delray Beach get a education

The last two times I came to this store I was given the wrong products. I don't understand why they act like they're certain, then when I get home and the product fails, I google it. Just to find out that I was given the wrong products. Do your research before you buy at this location. They just want to make money and don't care if your hair falls out because they don't know what the heck they're talking about.

Please please do your own homework before you go in there and know what you want and please do not ask the cashiers the people that work there they do not know what they they are talking about. Specially Suzy I went in there to get something to dye my grays to my blonde color so just my roots she gave me a permanent color that was nothing like my hair color anyway it’s my fault for not doing my homework, but she shouldn’t be giving advice if she doesn’t know what she’s talking about so please do your own homework

So rude!! Our interaction was fairly limited, but she brushed off my questions and seemed very eager to get customers out of the store. I was surprised, but from the reviews, seems like they are always this rude.

This was a good stop for me. I've been a Sally's customer from years ago -- when I used to do my own hair after my guy moved away and during COVID when I again did my own. But I've also gone for other products including nail treatments, special brushes, and just to browse new products. Most recently I've stopped by to find new products recommended by my new stylist. Since we were nearby, I also was looking for travel versions or just smaller bottles of some of the products I use. The gal at the desk was very good -- friendly and helpful. I'd come here again if in the area...

I ordered hair products online and thought I could bring them with the receipt into the store for an easy exchange. Same item same price, but it took over a half an hour and many phone calls. The store is clean neat and well organized. There's plenty of parking in front and the staff was as helpful as can be. But making an even exchange was not easy.

I visited Sally Beauty Supply with some friends after being to Cosmo and Salon Centric.. On purchasing in the two Cosmo and Salon Centric I gave my telephone number and all purchases went smoothly. At Sally's the clerk questioned as to my phone number, of course, the computer was not working so we went to the next till. Again, I had to give my phone number associated with the account, my Cosmetologist license number with proof, and my Zip Code and address. This was very time consuming for my friends, who had checked out at the previous till which is now working miraculously. My name, address, phone and email came up on the screen. I told the associate that the address was wrong and the email was certainly not correct. That statement was fluffed off for some unknown reason.?? In the end I left with my purchase of close to $50 and did not receive my minimal discount. Nothing was corrected on the account associated with Sally Beauty Supply. I was a bit frustrated.

I've been coloring my wife's hair since covid. Staff is friendly and has a huge selection. If you are not sure what you are doing the staff can help you. Stop buying box colors from the retail shop and start using professional products. Your hair will appreciate it.

I am so surprised how rude the staff is there. A product rang up a different price than it listed and the cashier said she couldn’t do anything about it… she said she wasn’t the manager. I asked to see the manager but she wouldn’t get her until I went towards the back since I knew she was there. I gave it two stars because the manager fixed the price. I told the cashier she needed to be nicer to customers. And they both said she was very professional.I came out a different store and they were both sitting outside smoking and the cashier called me a B**** … that’s very professional.

Maria was not friendly. Very slick out the mouth. Another customer was asking a way to go blonde without ruining her hair. Maria was trying to advise her to use 30v-40v with extra strength bleach which would have damaged her hair when it was already on the verge of becoming silly string if she would have bleached it with that high of a volume developer. I advise customer to not do that and to strip the color with 20v and a test strand and use a hair mask. Maria was aggressively rude and said “yeah she can do that too but are you a professional” I said no I’m not but I’ve been doing my own hair since I was 16 and my mother is a hairstylist and she has taught me what to do. She rolled her eyes and walked away and when I went to check out she asked me “will you be using your own account or your mothers account.” Very rude. In front of other customers. I will never step foot in there again. Unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate.
