I was in last night late and had to give my card through the window for $20 worth of gas. Today I have a charge of $175. Beware and stay away from this station! I am going all the way to report this including calling the state attorney and the BBB. I can’t tolerate fraudulent people and business!!!

I had a terrible experience at the Shell gas station on Congress and Boynton Beach. I came in to buy gas and needed help using Apple Pay since it wasn’t working. The lady (with the Puerto Rican accent) at the register was incredibly rude when I asked for assistance. Instead of helping, she dismissively said, “You got to look,” and offered no further guidance. To make matters worse, when it was time to give me my receipt, she threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Please talk to your employees! Customer service is key. I won’t be coming back to this location!

Was 12:40 pm and thanks 🙏 to Santia she was very nice 😊 and helpful . She helped me with my point to have 20 cents off and very friendly 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

On December 6, 2024 at approximately 6:00 I attempted to use my Advance Speed Perks rewards at the pump. I entered the Alt ID the pump acknowledged it but never discounted the price for $0.20 per gallon as it should have. I didn't pump any gas instead going inside to ask the attendant if she could help. The woman working was on her cell phone using speaker no less and more interested in the phone call rather than helping customers. When I was finally able to explain the problem she responded in a completely obnoxious and unprofessional tone do you want to pay here at the counter. I said I need to fill the tank up. She said I need an amount!!! I won't be buying gas or anything else from this location again and will be spreading the word about this incident to anyone who listens

Gas pumps do not work. You will rip your hair out trying to get the station to pump gas.

Came for gas, the machine didn’t print a receipt.
It was 9:45pm, all doors to the store are closed and “window service” only.
Two employees at the window said I had to wait 15 minutes for my receipt?!
Bad service, area is weird, I wouldn’t recommend waiting outside for 15 minutes for a receipt just to get robbed.

Doesn't use Apple Pay... that didn't help. I don't use card ever. Everywhere around here uses card except restaurants. There are too many scams in our area for using cards.

Very rude employee he was a disgusting person I will not be coming back he was also playing music loudly and on his phone refusing to help customers do not come here terrible service!!!

Arrived about half past midnight. Window service only, but there is no service at the window and no employee inside. I called the phone number, thinking that perhaps they’re stocking the cooler or something, but it just rang for ages until it stopped. There’s a car that someone might be sleeping in, with blankets over the windows. Perhaps the employee is taking a nap??? Other customers have come and gone in the last 30 minutes, none ever saw an employee or got any service through the window. From the other reviews, it seems that this is quite common here.

There's a reason that this gas station has such Low ratings, the gas pumps are damaged.You gotta stand there and. You gotta stand there and watch It. So it doesn't. Fall out of your gas tank. The staff could care less. I will never go back and suggest you don't go there either.

6/13 10:30pm - pump says to go inside, but inside is locked. Window is open. Cashier runs my wife's card and asks for her pin number. NOPE.

Today i had a wonferful experience at this gas station i had nothing but problems with the pump… and their employee Jerry came out and helped my daughter and i not only did he pump all my gas for my car he was extremely friendly and nice and made the situation alot better….

I waited an half hour for an attendant to who was in the back of the store and to come to the window. I had to leave without purchasing the goods I wanted. Poor service there. I will never use this station again.
