Steve, is absolutely amazing. We bought our house, sight unseen, and Steve was our eyes and ears acting as both our real estate agent, a our mortgage broker. He drove over 2 hours away to see the property and do video calls with us - a couple of times actually because we looked at 2 different homes. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. You can tell he really cares about people in general and will do whatever he can to assist you. We also got a reduction in rates by using his services this way. When the rates do come down enough, we will use him to refinance. I cannot recommend Steve and his company enough!

Steve has helped us sell our home and we had such a great experience that we went to him when we wanted to buy another. He takes the time to answer calls, explain things to us, and worked with us through every step of the way. He made this experience so much easier for us and I recommend him every time!

Steve Shalaby and his team were a DELIGHT to work with. He not only made the rigorous process of buying a home seamless, he also made the process somewhat enjoyable, which is crazy to say but it's true. He walked us through every step of the way and helped us get the best rate possible and really put our fears at ease, answering all our questions we had at any point of the day/week. We can't wait to work with him again in future deals. I wish I can give him more than 5 stars because he truly is and does above and beyond what is expected.

Our family and friends have bought and sold several homes over the years in South Florida and Steve has been the utmost professional going above and beyond in the process. Just when we thought the lender may have thrown a curveball into the process, Steve stepped up and used his many years of knowledge to move the deals forward and get them closed in a timely manner. This is my third outstanding experience with Steve. He helped me get my first condo, he helped my parents to buy their home, and now he helped to purchase my house. Steve is a very knowlegeable, professional and experienced person. He is also all in one package, as a real estate and a mortgage broker. With that being said, he finds you the house you are looking for by customizing the searches according to your needs so you get your target house easily and fast. I cannot say enough good things about Steve Shalaby.He helped us sell our house, gave us great listing advice, answered our million questions & alleviated our many concerns. He negotiated a better price on our home sale and helped us get a better price on our new place. Not only that, he drove us to many properties until we found the perfect one. He knew the area well & steered us to the right community for relocation & helped us avoid the wrong town.We knew Steve from work he did for us in the past. He saved our home from foreclosure by getting us a reverse mortgage about 10 years ago when the expensive lawyer gave us poor advice & refused to go for the mediation. Steve went with us & got the bank to reduce the price.We did refer him to my neighbors, who were very happy with his services (getting them a re-fi at lower interest).You will not be disappointed if you hire Steve.

Excellent Experience !! Super professional, and Very Efficient!I was referred to Mr. Steve Shalaby and I'm blessed with this referral! I had to sell my property in FL to cash out funds immediately. Steve managed to get an offer within two weeks and negotiate the price to the maximum. His negotiation skills are super professional!. I highly recommended working with him. Christmas came early this year with the help of Steve ! My husband and I were able to purchase a home we had our eyes and hearts set on . Steve made sure we were prepared both mentally and financially for all that was to come during the whole home buying process . When things seemed to be a little tight he always came up with a solution . Steve is highly knowledgeable and experienced in what he does no doubt about that . What stood out the most was the time he invested in us . Whenever we were in doubt about anything we could call or text and he would always pick up and respond . We were always in the loop of things . Overall Steve is very tenacious and being both a realtor and a loan officer makes him perfect to help you purchase your dream home . Thank you again Steve .

Steve Shalaby handled my loan on a high-end, 4300 sq foot single family home purchase in Wesley Chapel, FL. Steve is in a class of his own, I had an excellent experience - I can't imagine having gone thru that with anyone else. Here are some of key things:
(1) I can't remember having to leave him a voicemail, he picked up my call almost all the time. He was very, very thorough. Nothing fell the cracks.
(2) My situation/loan had some complexities and Steve navigated them seamlessly. Right off the bat he gave me my options, and told me what he'd do if he was in my place, and in the end he was spot on.
(3) Steve's team was top-notch as well, his loan processor was awesome and lightning fast. She updated my loan with my docs as soon as she received them, and followed-up with the lender on a timely basis.
Well worth the cost... If you are buying a luxury or high-end home, I really recommend Steve - he's an expert at what he does and knows all the in's and out's to the mortgage industry- someone you can trust and will serve you like you're his only customer.

I initially selected Steve Shalaby to sell my home because of his impressive profile and reviews. Not only is he an accomplished and well awarded Realtor, but he's also a mortgage officer of over 20 years. So for me it was a no-brainer. When I met him I immediately saw why people loved to deal with him. He's friendly, smiley and sharp. He made the paperwork part a breeze by providing e-signature forms for everything. Then, when it was time to get the buyer pre-qualified, I found that Steve was equally skilled at the mortgage process as well. The buyer was approved within 24 hours and then Steve began processing the loan with his amazing loan processor. In about 3 weeks, we were ready to close. Steve kept me up to date every step of the way. I even texted him at 7 and 8pm and he always answered. Honestly, I really can't imagine why someone wouldn't use this guy. Thanks for everything you did for me and my family, Steve. You are our Realtor and Loan Officer for life!!
