I can’t even believe them spending time writing this. I came with my business partner to set up new business accounts. He raved about the bank as he has been with them for 20 years. Carmen helped us and started asking numerous questions about our customers and our line of business. She was looking to violate our customers privacy by asking specific questions identifying them. Then she proceeded to ask about previous businesses we owned and that’s when we asked her if it was all necessary. She replied that this bank is very conservative, and they screen very well the customers. To us, it seem like she had already made up her mind about not giving us an account. Poor poor service and borderline discrimination on her perception about us.

Truist bank is unworthy of the customers it acquired from Suntrust. There was no concern or attention to customer issues when it was acquired,. The result is incomprehensible confusion and errors in responding to simple customer complaints.

Useless. Called Truist, they told me i needed to go into branch. Did so, no progress on my issue (holding a deposited cashier check for a week), Truist rep promised to call to follow up, did not call, no response after an email and call following week. ill be changing banks

Don't trust this bank or their customer service. This bank is an empty place when you come inquiring and more. Only three persons around and the manager only comes certain days a week. Only one person to take care of most of the issues there. It will be a complete waist of your time asking them questions and hearing false information.

We were here with Truist. We had an appointment for 11am. After 10 minutes of not being acknowledged by an employee, I let a teller know about our appt. She was rude. After 30 minutes, one of the customer service reps finished with her client. We told her that we had an appt. She never asked us WHAT we were there for. The person we were scheduled with was with a client. We waited almost another hour before being waited on. Why have an appointment if you still have to wait over an hour?
