The long tenure of the staff reflects excellent people management practices. Many others like me make T&L Nails our only “go-to” for nail care year after year, for these reasons and more! Walked in & could not get any service. I think because of my skin color. I was told they don’t have people that do acrylic nails & the one person that can, can not do mine for 2 hours away from the time I walked in. Immediately I was told the prices when I did not ask them cause who cares. I am just like any other women that pampers her self on a regular basis so I’m definitely prepared for the prices. They lost what could have been a loyal customer since I just brought a house in walking distance of this place. Definitely Racist!!

I recently visited LT Nail salon and had a fantastic experience! Lili did a wonderful job on my manicure/pedicure, highly recommend this nail salon and will definitely be returning!

I love getting my nails done here. I've been coming here for years now and I've tried a ton of places in the past. I love my technician Tammy and all the staff there. They are always friendly and welcoming. Tammy does an amazing job and has such an attention to detail and is careful.

If I could give the salon zero stars I would. I went there to get my nails done and the next day my nails started to peel. I went back to them and showed them my nails and they told me that they do not guarantee their own nail polish. I have nothing against the nail tech, she was very nice. I am including a photo of my nails so any person thinking about going there can think twice before doing business with a company that does even guarantee their own work. I personally will never return to this salon.

Thank you so much to Tan and his team for taking in a walk in through the business of the season. Tan literally said "let Me look for a Christmas miracle". He had a lovely lady start my pedicure between the pace and bookings of the day, she was gentle and kind, and said "I got you, ". Sometimes it's hard finding a person you can rely on when you have those pesky ingrown on your big toes that leave you aching. They location is very very clean, super organized and offers luxury seats that I haven't tried ever before! I felt like I was sitting in first class airline. Very professional and responsive team , and I'm so thankful they were helpful enough that they did what they could and help me out. Give them a kind visit, they are in the Publix plaza , don't be swayed away from the construction they are here and ready! Also their pedicure includes hot stone massage with the process, and they don't offer the tool that scrubs and removes excess skin from the bottom of your feet. I appreciated the care and time with cleaning the cuticles, they even extra sanitized everything before and during- a nice touch to keep clean and quality practice of care!

Prices are getting crazy just for a regular full set of next gen. Regular color. Short nails and was $50 not including tips. I've been going there over 20 yrs and every 3 weeks got a fill cause I had acrylics. They don't like doing acrylics anymore cause they get more for next gen. Walked in 1 day full of techs and said I had to wait till someone came in that does acrylics. Ur kidding me right? Nope so I got next gen. Didn't realize till day after 3 nails are uneven if u feel them.

I called and they fit me in last minute for a pedicure, which I do appreciate. However, my service was slightly rushed. At the end, the lady who did my pedicure essentially made me get up from the pedicure chair to seat another client, even though there were plenty of other chairs available. I will try again and hopefully will not be rushed.Service: Pedicure
