I just picked up my order, and they literally packed produce that was moldy! Unacceptable. I didn't even open the bag!

It isn't often that I find myself at Target but I was given several gift cards that I wanted to use. I needed a storage bin large enough to hold my work equipment but small enough to fit in the hatch of my Kia Seltos. My husband reminded me that Target has a good selection of storage bins, so after church on a recent Sunday we made our way to Target.We must have arrived at a good time because inside the store was very quiet. We quickly found our way to the storage bins. I found what I needed at a good price. As we walked around the store, I noticed how clean it is especially in the grocery area. You can find just about anything you need or want at Target from groceries to clothing to electronics and more.I stopped at the snack bar to buy a bag of popcorn and a cold drink. The smell of the popcorn popping was too much to resist! The young lady stationed at the snack bar was friendly and polite. The cashiers who rung up our other purchases was also very friendly and helpful when the gift card gave me a little trouble. All in all, it was a much more pleasant experience than some other big box store. There's still some money left on my gift cards so I'll be back.

Whoever is answering the phones this morning, June 8th, in the pharmacy should not be in a customer-facing role. I called and asked a question about my prescription and this incredibly rude woman not only picked up the phone yelling at a fellow employee, but then got fresh with me. Someone should train their employees on how to speak to human beings. Looking to transfer my prescription elsewhere.

Not sure why there's 3 fitting room areas yet only one is available. One is closed off just for the hell of it, the other one is roped off causing a line to back up, on a weekend of all times. If it's a staffing issue, hire more staff, it's not like people aren't looking for work. No sense in having 3 fitting room areas if you they're not usable.Also, 12 cashiers, 4 are open. Less than half of the cashier are being used and there's 40 people in line for self check out because that's faster than waiting in one of the 4 lines on a busy Sunday.Looks like the manager of this store isn't prioritizing customer experience and is banking off revenue while keeping employment overhead to a minimum.

Target is usually a great place and they have a policy in stores from coast to coast to match Amazon shipped and sold by. Also if Target.com has a better price as a match. I showed the clerk the price on a match as a shipped and sold by. She gave me a pool and checked it too. It was going to be $44 for a cooler if I wasn't resourceful. She acted like it came out of her bonus or her hourly. So she proceeded to ask her manager which took awhile to come over as we waited and waited. Well he came over and I showed him the shipped and sold by too. The manager said if it's prime and special pricing we don't match that. I said it's simply shipped and sold by and your policy is to honor it or I can just order it. I said it matches. He said the cashier was doing her job as she chimed in questioning the prices. Again why was she trying to support it against us. Hmmm I thought the purpose was to get the manager and let them make the approval and verify it. Well the cooler was actually not only on shipped and sold by Amazon but on Target.com at the same exact price. Had I not been resourceful Target Employees would have gladly had me pay $44 for the item that is on their own Target website at $22. At Target.com you can order and have it as a pickup since you now know it's in stock and they just pull from the shelf. The cashier even chimed in again with the manager about it being online. The manager had to make the employee feel better as she was doing her job but it had our family wait awhile and watch the verification process several times for a $22 discount. This Target was unusual as usually the cashiers or the front service desk looks it up as sold and shipped but Amazon and simply matches at every Target. Won't return here. Delray and many others aren't like this.

**Target optical review only: the staff are very personable and have decent customer service skills. Dr. Choi is a personable physician who provides quality care. The cost was way overpriced as all optical care is. A pleasant experience with an unpleasant burden on one's wallet.

This Target is huge ! I guess being a Super Target, it has a lot more than a regular Target, including a larger grocery and produce department. I was looking for some sneakers for one of my nieces and I found several fun types and styles. The shopping experience for shoes is pretty much self serve, but when I went to check out, I met the nicest gentleman at the register. Overall, it looks a very nice, clean, friendly store.

I placed a drive up order online. Target alerted me the order was ready. I there the order wasn't ready. I called the store and asked why my order wasn't ready when I drove up. The hire up gave me attitude. So I came back later that night to pick up my order . The shopper brought the order out on time . when I went to make coffee with my creamer the seal was open . I couldn't believe it . So I guess they retaliatied cause I got a attitude about my order. I never had this happen at target. It's disgusting. This really need to be investigated.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had pre-ordered an item that was a Target exclusive on June 15th, on June 25th I received an email that the item will be delayed and to follow steps to confirm my order. I followed those steps. My family left for long waited cruise on July 1st where I decided not to purchase Wi-Fi. We arrived back home on July 10th to find my order had been cancelled. It appears they sent me an email on July 2nd stating the item was delayed and to follow the steps to confirm the order. Well since I was unable to respond they canceled my order. I called Customer Care to explain I was on a cruise and could not respond. Her reply was too bad nothing they could do. The item is sold out and I should have replied to the email. Obviously, I wanted the item as I pre-ordered it and had confirmed once that I wanted. I will never shop Target again for their policies and the way they treat customers!

I really loved my experience here! I don't know why I didn't shop with you sooner! I continuously had the worst experiences with Walmart and have vowed NEVER to shop there again. Your employees are so friendly, everyone looked me in the eye and said hello - what a nice and refreshing feeling! Very clean, and reasonably priced store. I am a customer for life!

I have always loved this location the employees are generally really nice and helpful, but after today not so sure! The manager by returns and customer service. Has quite the mouth may needs to talked about. Not very customer oriented she kept saying today is going to be one of those days she rudely butt into my conversation I was having with an associate. The associates by self check out are the best. Never arguing with the customers about anything simply showing and answering simple questions. The security employees also very nice never had a problem with them. Now being that I pretty much live here I don't go to any other grocery store for the great inventory here the great service & every time I come now I have to stock up because there's so many people in the store! The prices are going lower on certain products they sell also higher due to high demand. You know covid did that like everyone says.

Can't speak for every Target, but this one is definitely fantastic. From the quality and variety of the products, to the prices, to the service, to the cleanliness, this location is excellent. Their products are always in stock, which is awesome. The staff is friendly as well, which isn't an easy thing to do. Funny enough, their produce, deli, and bakery are really pretty decent. I usually opt for Target over any other store in the area. Highly recommend.

I usually hit up this Target even though it is a little farther to my house than other Targets because this is a super target and they have a large selection of almost anything you need. From clothes to toys to veggies to electronics! You know how it goes when you go to Target for one item and you end up buying over $300 worth of other items because Target is just so awesome? Well that is usually the case with me at least. We went to this target to purchase some school clothes and items for the kids. I definitely recommend you download the TARGET app because you will almost definitely get discounts on items and they will price match! Also they often have coupons for 20% off or so That you can scan yourself at self check out. TIP: I never get any phone service here so make sure to connect to the Target Wi-Fi when shopping so You can at least receive some text messages.
