3 Days til Christmas and the store was busy as I would have expected. The assistance I received from an employee named Natalia, was very appreciated. She was patient, professional and very, very helpful. At a time when places are short staffed due to the holiday rush, it was a delight to receive such outstanding customer service. Natalia, (i'm going by the name tag she was wearing) I hope Santa makes your every wish come true. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one!

Christmas Blues.I bought a Switch Lite and Mario Kart 8 at this location. When my daughter unwrapped the game on Christmas morning we noticed it was the wrong game.We brought it to our local Target who sent us back here. When I got to the register I was told "we don't do accept returned games. " I explained that I would not know if a game was broken unless I opened the package.The sales associate called out for a supervisor to process the return.The manager came up looked at the game and told me it was fake. I provided my receipt and assured him that I purchased the game brand new and did not open the package until Christmas.He mentioned that the game was plastic and the package was also not the package the games normally come wrapped in.I informed him that I had nothing to do with that and that I purchased the game along with the console at his store.He notified me that he would check the cameras and confirm my purchase.After a few minutes he came up and said we can see you bought the game here so I'll grab another one and exchange it for you. He even mentioned that he would open the package up in front of me to ensure the game was as promised.After about 10+ minutes he came back looking defeated and explained that they could not find a replacement. He offered me a refund in the form of a gift card.He apologized for the incident and told me to have a nice day.This was the political version of my experience. Truth is I felt embarrassed. The way things were handled with the checking of the cameras, saying the game and plastic were fake, and doing this in front of other guest looked bad. I'm black, being black means you sometimes have to prove your innocence.I could only imagine the judgements I was getting from everyone behind me who probably thought as suggested that I got a 3D printer and counterfeited the game.They supervisor never accused me of doing such things but the mere mention of this just made the optics of the transaction feel like I was trying to get one over on the store.Lesson learned: open your games in the store in the presence of an associate.Needless to say I will no longer shop at this Target location.

I went in the target that was so empty. I found the store was disgusting with sick products for strange people. Too woke for me.

**Target optical review only: the staff are very personable and have decent customer service skills. Dr. Choi is a personable physician who provides quality care. The cost was way overpriced as all optical care is. A pleasant experience with an unpleasant burden on one's wallet.

I went in to return two items and it couldn't of been easier. I decided to shop around for a bit and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of shopping in such a large store. The staff was very friendly, the store was immaculate and the selection of various products was very good!!!

Christopher B in electronics is the best! His customer service is unmatched. Each time my husband I have come in we have been lucky to work with him. He knows the products well and does not make us feel rushed. We will for sure continue to shop here because of him!

Great place nice and clean very good demo people so we can try new products. Nice selection of produce and bakery items. Lots of other items including clothes house goods housewares children's goods and other clothing.

This Target is huge ! I guess being a Super Target, it has a lot more than a regular Target, including a larger grocery and produce department. I was looking for some sneakers for one of my nieces and I found several fun types and styles. The shopping experience for shoes is pretty much self serve, but when I went to check out, I met the nicest gentleman at the register. Overall, it looks a very nice, clean, friendly store.

I placed a drive up order online. Target alerted me the order was ready. I there the order wasn't ready. I called the store and asked why my order wasn't ready when I drove up. The hire up gave me attitude. So I came back later that night to pick up my order . The shopper brought the order out on time . when I went to make coffee with my creamer the seal was open . I couldn't believe it . So I guess they retaliatied cause I got a attitude about my order. I never had this happen at target. It's disgusting. This really need to be investigated.

If it wasn't for Christopher being in the vicinity of the new iPhone 14 Pro accessories, I would have overlooked them and walked out the door. Not only did he assist me with finding the right product, he walked me right over to his register and completed the sale. I immediately placed the case on my new iPhone 14 Pro. I had my drink on the adjacent register, and he politely moved my drink to a demo station and invited me to have a seat while I placed the new case on my phone. I really think if I hadn't sit down, I may have dropped my new phone before putting the case on. The other thing that he did quite well, was politely but assertively move me out of the way, which doesn't often happen these days. I really appreciate Christopher and his delight today. After I was complete, I ran into Christopher again and showed him my purple iPhone Pro. We talked about android for a minute and he had good things to say about android as well. I was very pleased with this visit and surprised at the level of support. The only reason why I came into Target was because Best Buy closed at 7pm. So they missed out on a sale, but it's also been a "free for all" each time I have been there. So kudos Target. and Jesus Bless Christopher.

The past 2 times i have been at this location i have been approached by religious groups while inside shopping. Very not cool, it you want to believe in that stuff fine but dont go trying to drag people into your cults. Target shouldnot allow this and kick these people out.

Jacob, Sue, and Michelle at the target in Boynton Beach Fl, on congress avenue we’re exceptional on customer service! They are of high value to target, and should be recognized and rewarded as such. Jacob helped me immensely by tediously on a massive request I had- the others helped too and all stayed calm, level headed, and friendly when there was a swarm of customers bombarding them-some of whom were extremely rude to Jacob, Sue, and Michelle. I will be sure to recommend and continue to give my business to target on their behalf- it is people like them that make a business great. Target, please give them due recognition so that your stores can continue to be great, thank you.
