I’ve been using Taxology to file for MANY years! Jessica is who I see as my tax preparer. She makes the process SO easy and is always so accommodating. You can tell she knows her way around taxes and does a great job maximizing your return and minimizing what you owe. She helped me when I was a W2 and now as an LLC as well, and I’ve always been pleased with her work and the outcome. Highly highly recommend!

We used this company for the First and LAST time. They didn't submit our state return in time and I was charged a penalty and late fee from the state. When I called to speak with Jessica who done my taxes she apologized and told me they would pay the penalty and interest in my taxes and then turns around and tells me upper management won't approve it and it was my fault for not paying on time! Then I ask to speak with upper management she stated she is upper management!! And then I find out she put the numbers in wrong and we owe different amount then what she told us!! And for the amount of $ they charge to do taxes is crazy when they can't get it correct or stand behind their word!!

10/10 recommend Andrea Ribaric. I have never had such an easy and non stressful experience paying my taxes! Her response time was amazing, she helped me handle everything over the phone, and me saved SO MUCH on what I owed for my 10-99s. Great Customer service Jessica helped my husband with his taxes he had the itin pin and she answered all questions and concerns she knew what she was doing and very nice. And Brett has been doing my taxes for about 5 years now and he is also great at his job makes you feel welcome and answers any questions and concerns you have knows what he is doing very nice As well.
