i had an excellent experience with John today. He was patient and went above and beyond to help me with my computer. Everything was explained clearly and i felt comfortable when I left. John was professional and I truly appreciated his help.

I had a really good feeling after my first conversation with Adam that I was speaking to the right person for the job. This man is a straight shooter, and is not looking to upsell you every chance he gets.
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with both Adam and John from a personal and professional perspective. They were quick to find and fix the problem with my PC, and also save me from going out and spending more than double the repair costs on a new machine. Problem solved in less than 24 hours.
I highly recommend giving Adam a call, or stopping in his store if you're having any computer issues at all, you will not regret it.

Adam the owner and John his worker were amazing. Totally responsive, kind, friendly, explained what was wrong and how they fixed it. Trustworthy. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I am truly happy I found this place. The owner was extremely helpful and honest with me from the very beginning. Even though my laptop was unfortunately not worth the repair, they were very friendly and actually saved me money due to the fact other places were trying to charge me just to look at it. I truly appreciate consumer friendly businesses like these. It's rare to find and I will be going to them for all future endeavors. Excellent repair shop with great employees.

This store is amazing. TCTS Computer Repair Center really came through for me. I showed up with a tech issue that had been driving me crazy, and they figured it out and fixed it quicker than I expected. No pressure, no confusing talk, just honest, solid help. The staff is friendly, knows what they’re doing, and you can tell they actually care. It’s hard to find that kind of service these days. If you’ve got computer problems, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

TCTS saved me. I had a desk top computer and a lap top that was very old and had windows 7 on both of them. I needed to upgrade software etc. Adam was great along with John. Adam moved me into 2 new machines and had a great selection to pick from. Also they moved over all my files on both computers. I recommend TCTS for all your computer needs. Excellent service and super fast turnaround time. This is a company you can trust with honest people and fair pricing.
