TD Bank lives up to the name of being the most convenient, however when i walked in to replace my card, they never told me i needed an ID after losing my wallet, and the card swiper for using the ATM used to malfunction a bit. Other than that, my experiences with TD have been humble and they’ve had good customer service. Hope to see this banking chain rise towards the top. Thanks for your years of support and services and assisting me with my account during my times of distress.

I always go inside for my transactions and have found the tellers friendly and helpful. It's rare that I have to wait very long to be seen. The rare times that I have needed customer service, the person helping me was also very helpful. I needed a document stamped with a specific stamp and they were able to help. TD bank is very convenient with hours also being open 7 days a week. When I moved from up north I didn't have to change my bank. This was fantastic. It's really an all service bank.

Well I must say if this bank wants customers it is doing a very poor job of trying to obtain new clients. Charging someone $10 to cash a $200 check that was written from this bank if you are not a current bank account holder is ridiculous!!! I would NEVER open an account with a bank that rips people off! Shame on you for taking advantage of people that need their money and can't wait for the other banks to decide to release their funds!!

Worst bank to come to, you’re going to end up spending the whole day here, management just sitting looking at you like it’s not her responsibility to help or extend an apology for long wait. Been here for over a hour playing stare contest with the manager, overall service wasn’t considerable.

Should have read the reviews before coming as well. Cane with my disabled uncle to open an account. They knew we were coming. It took us 15 minutes to setup his wheelchair and get him into the bank, which by the way, doors are not handicap accessible. Once in, associate tell us they ate closing in 10 minutes and that we must leave as the process of creating a new account is longer than that. It was raining out but we preferred to get soaked than to continue at a place where we were not welcomed. We took our business account elsewhere. On the way out, no one helped me as I struggled to pushed the wheelchair and open their handicap inaccessible doors. A complete lack of courtesy towards my uncle who has been with them for 15years.

I went to this bank to exchange dollars for euros..everything went OK until I left the bank, someone followed me to the next mall,broke my window and stole my euros, when I went back to the bank to tell the cashier one hour later she pretended like she never saw me before, they didn't seem to care in the least, there is something not right about this transaction, Ii reported it to the police . Something not right.

Should have read the reviews first. Not a good experience. Firstly, the associate was 10 minutes late. It became clear that she has little experience with business banking when she thought the registered agent was a shareholder. She was insistent on a particular document, when others would have been adequate replacement. We have made an appointment with another bank, as this bank was unwilling to assist.

I came in to set up a new account and was told to wait for their other representatives. I sat down and waited for 10 mins and then someone just walked in and was seen right away.

I have had a bad experience every time. I have to make multiple deposits for multiple offices and every time I am made to feel like I am a huge inconvenience to them. Very poor customer service.
