Prior to New management, I had a good experience. This new management is terrible. No heads up, my calls went straight to voicemail. I continued to call to alert them to my issues. The biggest issue is cash payments only. I underwent some major cancer medical issues and had to have surgery. I was in communication with A/C the entire time re my late payment ($29). I did leave messages and actually spoke to a receptionist, whom wasn’t someone I recognized. I was assured I was fine. I was Re hospitalized and I received not one call, email or letter in the USPS mail re a foreclosure on my unit. Horrible service, no online payment ability, no CC payment over phone. It’s not OK-this is just rude. This isn’t right. Why wasn’t I alerted to a foreclosure?? Why was I told I was still in a safe state and they would work with me as I couldn’t drive. They lied. Period. They foreclosed on my unit. I have zero respect for this company and I would not recommend them. Liars.

RATS IN THE FACILITY. We’ve held multiple units here for the past 10 years and I recently unloaded one to move into a new house. Multiple boxes had been chewed through, peed on, and pooped in by rats.. yearbooks, family scrapbooks, and 2 mattresses are ruined because of this. The entire unit smelled of rat pee and poop. The front desk said “We’ve been having a rat problem and are working on it, good luck getting management to help you”. I’m waiting for the manager to call me back but this is UNACCEPTABLE. I asked for compensation in some form, but was told that isn’t possible. Renters were never told there was a rat problem here!! I’ll be clearing out my other units and going elsewhere.

This place is infested with rats!!!! My unit is full of rat poo and the smell of urine is overwhelming. See the pictures of how the rats ate through my drum and ruined it ?.

The friendliest people you could ever meet in Florida and best prices for storage units though they're not fancy like CubeSmart but it is in doors and the whole Warehouse is air conditioned so happy I found this place

I’m not trying to ruin others experience but I must tell my story. July 1st was the day I had to move things from my old apartment to a storage unit because it’s been a really tuff time. On the afternoon of July 1st, it was raining and all of my things got destroyed. I called to get a refund but a nice lady told me that the computers are down since it was a few minutes before they officially close down. She told me to try again tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and when I go down there they say oh the first month’s money is for the company. I didn’t throw a fit or anything about it, I just grabbed my bag and told my son let’s go. I will not be returning anytime soon here and I hope everyone else’s experience is better than mine.

Love this storage place!! I recently moved my belongings out of a storage in West Palm Beach due to the unhealthy conditions and office management refusing to communicate. A/C Storage is heavenly in comparison! The ventilation is excellent. The units are all kept very clean, well lit and secure. The bathrooms are kept clean and well stocked. Someone is always present in the office and they always answer your phone calls. You will not beat their prices anywhere! It's a win/win situation all around. I highly recommend A/C Storage Place.
