I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a pair of sandals I purchased from your store on.Unfortunately, the product turned out to be defective, as the sandals completely fell apart and became unusable within just a few days of normal use.
Upon returning to the store to request a replacement, I was informed by the staff that the item could not be accepted because it had been used. However, the sandals were purchased for the very purpose of being worn, and their premature failure indicates a clear defect in quality and workmanship. Under consumer protection laws, a product that proves to be defective within such a short period falls under the category of goods not meeting satisfactory quality standards, entitling the buyer to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Since the refusal to address this issue is in violation of consumer rights, I will escalate this matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities if a resolution is not provided promptly. I kindly request an appropriate resolution, either in the form of a replacement or a refund, within from the date of this letter.
Please confirm receipt of this complaint and provide your response at your earliest convenience. I look forward to resolving this matter amicably.

I went in to exchange some items for another item. I had my receipt and all. I made it clear to the cashier to do an exchange and not a return because it takes time for the funds to return to your card. She insisted on doing a return saying it had to be a separate transaction. Before I could say anything else she returned the items then proceeded to ring up the new item. I told her don't bother.

Didn't have much in stock that wasn't soooo short like shirts 1x were like a medium pants soooo long id have to take 5 inches off and immediately 5'2" usually were a large but nothing fut
