Only see this dentist! Erika was the absolute best from the appointment set up all the way till the end went out of her way to help me. Now Dr Erik's was the most genuine sincere dentist I have ever met. I came to him for a second opinion and boy I'm glad I did. The moment he told me what exactly I needed I felt a sense of relief. He saved me from having unnecessary work done to my mouth. I would ONLY go to them! They are the best and for someone who is filled with anxiety at the dentist they made me feel very comfortable.

Last Saturday I broke a tooth.unfortunately Monday was a holiday so every thing was closed. I had a bad experience with my last dentist so I was looking for a new one.i found Dr Eriks online and he had good reviews and he was close to my home. I couldn't get an appointment til Thursday. So, I went to the appointment and xrays were taken and then Dr Eriks came in to talk to me. He is a nice guy personally. He advised that I remove the remaining 4 teeth that I have on the bottom and get a full lower denture. He estimated about $3500 which I felt was a little high. He had his office manager get the exact estimate and it was $5200. I cannot even try and do the mathematical itemized breakdown that could equal $5200 for 4 extractions and a lower denture. I declined this treatment and went looking for another opinion. I found a very nice state of the art office with a very nice dentist and staff. After examining me (xrays) they came up with the same treatment for $3000. For a full lower denture with implants for snap on denture it was slightly higher than what Dr Eriks was charging for just a regular denture. How can this be?

I have used 2 other dental practices in my 20 years of living here and finally found a dentist and hygienist that really care about their patients. Kim is a great hygienist ad really cares about her patients. The staff is polite and treats the patients with respect. I highly recommend Eriks Dental.

As a long time patient of Dr. Eriks, I am continually impressed with everything related to his dental practice. Dr. Eriks is without a doubt the most comprehensive and honest dentist I have ever gone to. Yesterday I had an appointment for a deep scaling. Dr. Pike, who administered my anesthesia, was amazing. I literally felt no pain whatsoever. Kim, the dental hygienist, was the best ever. Her proficiency along with her compassion and total demeanor were incredible. I know that I will be going back to get the other side of my mouth done and I am not the least bit apprehensive. Thanks, Dr. Eriks, for maintaining such high standards and running such an amazing practice!

Amanda & Erika are super sweet. Extremely accommodating from the initial call, paperwork, insurance and scheduling. Maria is the most amazing hygienist and Dr. Ty is the man. I mentioned to them that I had a bad experience with a commercial Dental practice that tried to scam my insurance and out of pocket. They made me feel comfortable with their office and true professionals. My teeth are happy to have found them : )

I had 2 crowns done by Dr. Eriks. Then he announced I might need a root canal. I scheduled an appointment with the endodontist in the practice who does the root canal. Apparently he only comes into the office on Friday. I made my appointment for 11:30 a.m. At 10:00 the office called to find out if I could come in NOW. Unfortunately, I was at another appointment and couldn't. So my appointment was canceled for the following Friday at 10 am. I was on time for my appointment and was placed in a dental chair and waiting 1 hour for Dr. Baokhoi Bui to see me. Instead of apologizing for keeping me waiting for 1 full hour, he told me what a difficult root canal his other patient had. He looked at my tooth and said he need to be in Fort Lauderdale at 1 pm. It was already noon. Not wanted this man to rush and do my root canal I told him I'd make another appointment. I went to the front desk to ask the cost of a root canal and was told $1260. This after I paid $3200+ for the two crowns. I didn't understand why the root canal came up after the crowns were done and not before. I believe Dr. Bui is without any kind of manners and I wouldn't have him work on my teeth! I'm now looking for a new dental practice as is my husband Bill. I would not recommend this practice to anyone although the office staff is extremely nice.

Really friendly and accommodating staff. They all helped calm my anxiety. Dr. Eriks was very kind and gentle as well and answered all of my questions. Erika is great too.

I don't know what I would do without Dr. Eriks and his amazing team. From basic dental needs to emergencies that I've had, they've always taken such great care of me....and, in a pain free environment, too.

When I moved to the Boynton Beach area 3 years ago I needed to find a new dentist. I feel so lucky that I decided to try Dr. Eriks. He impressed me with his professionalism, his warm and caring personality (it's for real, he calls after doing any work on me to make sure that I am ok and actually gives his personal cell phone # in case you need him!). HIs staff reflects his attitude...warm, friendly, personable, helpful and caring. They make you feel like you are part of the family from the moment you connect with the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists. From Dr. to staff, they strive to make your dental visit a positive experience. I look forward to seeing them at my next appointment! (something I'd always dreaded before). I've been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Lissauer's for many, many, many years. During that time, because of excellent, regular hygienist care, I only needed one, very minor, filling. Recently, I cracked a tooth and also damaged the tooth next to it. I needed TWO CROWNS. I needed serious dental work and Dr. Lissauer retired. I'd met Dr. Eriks briefly, during my cleaning visits, but have this new guy, unknown, do work on me!!?? I didn't have the time to find another dentist, so I went for it. Dr. Eriks, with the assistance of Les, who was extraordinary, too, were BEYOND GREAT!! Professional, precise, painless and even price...PERFECT. The color match is extraordinary and the fit, of my new crowns, perfection! Scale not high enough to reflect my overall appreciation and recommendation for this dentist!

Went to the Eriks Dental Clinic for the first time yesterday after deciding to change my dentist. Was impressed from the moment I entered the office. Very friendly and efficient staff, making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Dr. Eriks is very pleasant and thorough, while his warm personality puts you at ease immediately. He explained everything he did and described what he found by showing you areas of concern utilizing your X-rays. While going to a dentist is never a fun experience, Dr. Eriks makes it as comfortable as is possible. If you live in Palm Beach County and are looking for a dentist, DEFINITELY consider Dr. Eriks!

While I initially started going here because I heard great things about Dr. Lissauer's work, however I am glad to say that Dr. Eriks still provides the same quality treatment I was accustomed to now that Dr. Lissauer has retired. I'm sure that anyone can attest to having a bit of skepticism when their usual doctor of many years changes, however this skepticism was quickly dismissed when I first met Dr. Eriks. He is very outgoing, explains in detail about the work he's doing and will help answer any questions you have as a teacher would, as opposed to a salesman. The office staff and hygienists are also very friendly and make you feel like family. I have known Adys & Maria (hygienists) and Erika & Julianne in reception (sadly Julianne is no longer there) since I first started at Dr. Lissauer's, and it's always a pleasure to see them. They always ask me about my family and truly make this a welcoming dental office. Kim, Dr. Eriks' sister & a hygienist, is also very sweet and she is a great addition to the team! Many medical offices I've been to undermine the fact that having a consistent and quality staff can go a long way, as you interact with them far more frequently than with the doctor. The office is very clean, updated and inviting, with waiting times usually not exceeding 15 minutes. This office provides a wide array of dental services and has a vast network of other medical professionals for the services they can't/don't provide. (ex: I was referred to a great oral surgeon, Dr. Ronald Katz in Delray, for my wisdom teeth removal) Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Eriks and his practice to anyone looking for a dentist/ tired of their current dentist.
