I have rented here in the past and it was not easy or took a ling time. This time however was an easy and comfortable experience. I felt like they went out of there way to make sure everyone in the store was attended to. I would definitely recommend this location. The manager has a great crew it shows that she is doing a great job.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at this U-Haul location. The employees were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I arrived, I accidentally parked in the wrong spot, and instead of calmly informing me, the employee who works outside started yelling at me. This was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. The entire experience left a bad impression, and I expected better from a company like U-Haul. I hope management addresses this issue, as no customer should be treated this way.

When i got there they had no customers the person at the desk was sitting outside. I had to wait for her to come in. I asked for a return after hours and asked what the procedure was for returns. She said just drop of the trailer. Fortunately my son had rented a trailer from there before and he told me if I did that I would be charged another 20$. I had to check in the trailer. I was not informed of that although I had asked.
Better customer service is needed.

The truck was clean and well-maintained. Picking up the truck in Naples- on Randell Blvd. was easy. Drop off was easy in Boynton Beach, too.

Beware of Roach-Haul vehicles. The van I rented about two weeks back was completely infested with roaches. Unfortunately, I did not notice this until I was already on the road, literally having to swat the roaches from my legs as I drove. What you see in the pictures are just the ones I was able to catch and smash with my shoe upon entering/exiting the cabin.
The roaches crawled out of the air vents. They came from the seat cushions. They came from cracks and crevices in the van you never even knew existed. It was a miracle I was only hauling construction materials, because any personal belongings would have needed immediate remediation or destruction. I'm still cleaning out dead roaches from my tools weeks later.
My wife is immunocompromised and I was forced to throw out my travel bag. U-Haul said the manager would call me. Over two weeks later and multiple attempts at contact, no one has reached out. This experience was as disappointing as it was disgusting.

Had a hitch installation. Kept appointment on time and they were extremely clean with my car and did a great job. Office staff is also very courteous. I highly recommend this U-Haul location.
