Sent a package to my handicap sister in Miami for her birthday sent it on August 4 and for some reason because I was tracking, I could see that it went to New Jersey then to Jacksonville then to Miami and then they said it could not be delivered. The house is in the gated community and there’s always somebody home it’s a group home for handicap people. They said somebody must’ve put it on the wrong truck, so that’s why it was not delivered.. I had to ask the people that take care of all these kids to go and pick it up. At cvs drug store..???Nice going.

The staff are very courteous well mannered and patient. I have never had a problem when I do my personal affairs or, just returning an Amazon package.

I’ve had several great experiences at this UPS Store! Stevens and the team are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Whether I’m handling returns, shipping something, or just need quick assistance, they’re always fast and efficient. It’s clear they care about customer service and keeping things running smoothly. Highly recommend this location!

I recently had wrist surgery that required I wear a brace afterward. I had several large returns that I was dropping off at UPS which was difficult with my injury. As I was approaching the door to the store with a cart I was having difficulty opening the door. Stevens, the store manager, noticed and came out to help me with the door and lifting the packages for me. He even returned the cart for me. I was truly impressed with how courteous and helpful he was. Good job UPS!

Very convenient. Close to home and grocery stores, so you can do more than one time almost at the same time. They are friendly and fast - I wish they have complimentary WI-FI for customers.

I went in to the store and a employee name Daniel helped me very much. He was kind and patient with me. The store was getting busier and he never rushed me. I got nervous and I asked him to help me. He did what needed to be done with what I went in for and did it for me. I felt so much better as I left. I would like to Thank him again for being so kind to me. I will definitely go back to this store if I need more help. Thanks again Daniel.

Two packages have been lost, the last one delivered to an address other than the one registered on the label and I lost the value of the product and the shipment as well. The other thing about this store is that they do not accept to register the weight of the received boxes, as other UPS stores do. This store argues that they don't do it since the weight is corroborated by the redistribution center (true but not thinking about customer needs, just in UPS benefit to increase the shipping costs when weight is more than what the lable says, happens once in a while) when in the other hand the reason that I as a customer claim is that I need to have proof of weight of all boxes I am living in such store (Boynton Beach Blvd & Jog Road, Florida). Just think about it, is UPS word against mine, as a customer. First lost box was sent by me weighted 12 pounds with important merchandise and they exchange it for another one, garbage things inside, that weighted 3 pounds. Since they don't register weight in the receipts when the receive merchandise, those receipts say 0.00 Lb. In a claim who do you think looses the most (shipping cost & products)?

This UPS Store, like all others, is a franchise and I have done business with dozens. This one is poorly run and not worthy of your time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

You will not find a better UPS store, expertly managed by Stevens.All employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. In particular Matthew, who is outstanding in all of his responsibilities. I have been coming here for years and thankful they are in Boynton Beach. Stevens is always available for assistance as well.
