Steve goes absolutely above and beyond to ensure you’re fully prepared for your truck rental. His professionalism, competence, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Easily some of the best customer service I’ve encountered in any industry in a long time.

Steve is the nicest guy ever. Extremely considerate and looks out for the customer. Ive been renting Penske trucks here since 2021. I wouldn't rent anywhere else, unless I’m too far.
