Went to the front desk with a few boxes (no line and didn’t close for another hour)
Allen Mosley said “you know there’s a self service kiosk” and I said I like doing them manually.
Was then told to go to self service again (still 0 people in line)
And I asked isn’t it your job…? He started screaming and telling me how I don’t tell him what his job is.. so genuinely asking… what is Allen’s job if he’s standing behind the desk at the post office?

Never thought I’d leave a review for a post office but the staff was so rude to me and other customers so here we are…. I saw a sweet old lady ask for tape and the employee literally told her “that’s not my job and if you need tape you have to buy it, this is a business, we’re here to make money not do you favors!” WOW! So aggressive and rude. You could’ve explained your policy with kindness instead of contempt! Do better!

I want to compliment an employee by the name of Magill. She stated extra time to help us. I also want to compliment our mail carrier - she’s wonderful.

Went there 2 weeks ago. I was sending a very important package to my son in Colorado. It never got there. They said is was lost. And it never left florida. And it never got there. Very upsetting. I will never use the post office again. It was obviously stolen. I only wish this person, who ever stole it, a terrible and miserable life. This person is now jinxed and his or her life will be horrible.

Wow...wow...wow....I honestly don't know how more inept a system can get. I had a horrific experience with supervisor Rishin Joshi and called the supervisory number to explain. And what do you suppose happened next? Why yes I received a form email from the person I complained about apologizing for my experience. So basically they forwarded my complaint to the person I complained about and he handled it....ridiculous!!!!!!!!

Anytime I have gone into this post office they are professional ,friendly and pleasant. Yesterday i had interactions with 2 of the clerks 11 and 98. I misplaced stamps that I purchased. So I left my number and they actually called back yesterday evening to say they found them .Which was very cool. Thank you Boynton Beach USPS for making my visits pleasant.

Incompetence within the employees here. Simply task becomes the most challenging for this particular location. Third set of keys that doesn’t match the box. Forced to wait unnecessarily for the development to open to retrieve my package which I pay for and now going to be late to work. What a terrible location.

The store it’s in a very poor maintenance, And parking lot it’s a mess, trees are overgrown, grass not done.

Lousy parking lot, curbs are so high they will tear off your bumper, one-way parking lot, always a line out the door, never have supplies readily available that are need like Priority mailers or overnight slips, no pens anymore in the prep area. Always a miserable hot experience.

Numerous issues and these folks are the epitome of unprofessionalism. First I had an issue with my mail not being delivered for weeks, so I had to submit a ticket on that in which they told me that they could not locate any of my mail at their office. So where was it going?
And now having an issue where the mail person is leaving my mailbox open instead of locking it afterwards as they should. When I received a callback, the person was nasty and refused to listen to what I had to say. Was too busy deflecting blame and making up excuses instead of understanding my problem. When I asked to speak to a manager, they refused and proceeded to hang up on me. How anyone there is allowed to work in customer service is concerning

This place is run by the unemployable. If people are waiting on line for an hour and you only have 2 people staffing the counters and no one helping self-service customers, the management here should be fired. And to see people waiting an hour while these employees couldnt work slower if they had brain damage, to then tell customers at 5:02pm "sorry you missed the overnight cutoff at 5pm", you and your bosses are cockroaches. This swamp of incompetence needs to be shut down. It's also a disorganized dump with no supplies. Don't take my word, just show up as see for yourself.

This is the post office where your mail gets stolen. Google it. They still haven’t discovered the person stealing the mail. Not safe to mail checks. Go somewhere else.
