This is one of the most disgusting post offices ever.....it looks like it should be demolished. I went in there today to get some blank certified cards & of course, there were none available. I asked the clerk if they have any blank certified cards....he looks at me & kinda shrugs & turns away. I went to the door for package pickups, knocked three times & no one came....unbelievable. No wonder they are having to raise postal rates every month....their customer service is abominable. They truly need an overhaul!

If closing hours are 5.30p.m. and I show up at 5.15p.m. and it's close makes no sense to me. They close at w.e time the employees wish to.

Never deliver my packages they just leave a note on door when im home. Call them and its not possible to get on the phone with a real person. Horrible company.
update. my expensive package was lost. no one can find the package. the guy who does my delivery route does not look or sound very intelligent. i don't understand how you lose a package in a small building when every package literally is labeled for you with a scannable barcode. it's not like they have the entire county's mail. there's multiple post offices just for this small city so i don't understand how they're losing packages. probably stealing the valuable ones is my guess. horrible location.

I don't know why people give this place a bad review. It's not their fault if you get there 10 minutes before closing. They are very polite.

I will never come to this post office again they have lost 2 of my packages and 1 was for Mother's day, I hope they enjoyed what was in them ,was told they are doing a investigation but that's a joke, so make sure you get more insurance and make sure you get a signature 😒

Dwight is the rudest person in the world my package that has been missing for over a week, said wait till next Monday, (it was expected to be delivered the previous Monday) the carrier has to find it, and with my response of what the hell, he told me to leave… couldn’t give me a break down of what actually happened. Let’s not fail to mention when I got there he was sitting at his station, on his phone and told me to get back in line: for the amount of money it cost to deliver a package and amount of money in a package they should have common manners or even a pulse to customer service. The US postal service is insane and they should really remember the purpose of their job before they start working there to collect the government benefits. The manager she was super helpful, but Dwight NOPE doubt it was even his name… talk like you have a purpose in life not muttering things under your breath.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The passport process is horrible here. Had an appointment for 13:45, they had us waiting for half an hour over our appointment time to even sit down with the person. After all that the lady said that they don't take birth certificates. The lady who does the passports is slow, rude, and clearly has no clue what she's doing. Pretty sure she went on break half way through our appointment. The blonde fumes have definitely gotten to her brain.
She literally never came back and some other dude came out to help us. We were waiting on her for an hour and she wasn't even doing anything.
Kevin helped us in the end and took only 15 minutes.
