The old woman that works here has a nasty attitude. She’s African American with her hair painted yellow. She was very nasty with me when I went to send my letter. She spoke to me in a condescending tone and had a nasty attitude overall. She clearly doesn’t want to be there. Please get rid of her. What a nasty attitude.

5 star customer service and an excellent location overall. This is definitely the best choice for anyone wanting quick “in and out” transactions and a pleasant conversation.

Why the need to nickel and dime?? Asked if my label could be scotched taped onto the package and they said it would be $1.00. Maybe I should have just come in with a side taped and it would be free? I think this is an owner operated store. Awful!!

I came in to send out a package via a return code. I've been there and sent out the same method before, this time the agent says oh we can't do that. I drive to another post office and I ask the agent there, he says they just don't know how to do it. Very strange and unprofessional to not know how scan/use a code. Oh well, guess I'm not going back there.

I’ve been to this office a bunch of times now in the year since I’ve moved to the area. The staff have yet to smile and be polite. Today when I went in I see a sign for the first time on the counter explaining that PrePaid packages must be already taped and ready to go or there is a $1.00 charge for them to tape it…however it’s a $3.00 credit card charge.All I needed was a very small piece of packing tape to seal the box (I didn’t have any at home and didn’t want to go to target just for tape - sure call me lazy.)Without apologizing or waiting for me to finish talking she cut me off and said “it’s a dollar for me to tape it”.I’ve been in customer service for over 20 years and I know the bare minimum is “service with a smile”….This place needs to train their staff on proper customer service or get new staff.I’ll now be finding the next nearest post office.

Lobby reeks of stinky cheap CologneOlder guy white hair very rude and snark about my packages causing me to leave and find another post office. Usually the smaller post office are much more pleasant, this was a horrible will never go back here.

Rude staff member I was basically accused me of stealing and lying. I purchased a box at the counter to mail my items and decided to see if the bubble wrap would work in the box to avoid the items from moving around and I decided not to mail the package.As I proceeded to leave the store the rude clerk shouted out Ma’am did you put back the bubble wrap, I said yes I did she then said“I DIDN’T SEE YOU PUT IT BACK”The audacity of her accusing me of stealing a $4.49 bubble wrap when I just purchased the box from her. I have been coming to this post office for years, they will never see me there again if this is acceptable behavior.She was loud, extremely rude and unprofessional.She did not see me putting the bubble wrap back because she was busy attending to a customer at the counter, and have the nerve to accuse me of stealing a $4.49 bubble wrap. And yes I take it very personal.

Not your "typical" USPS staff!!! Here, I always receive excellent, courteous and quick service from people who actually smile, say hello, and ask how I am. Thanks to everyone at this USPS location.
