Well, if your 28$ vape stops working after you leave, there is no switch out. I bought a Lost Karen from there Thursday. That night, about 5 hrs later it stopped working. Would only charge. I've been in there many times buying vapes. I understand a no return policy. People are always trying to get a come up, but If you have a regular customer, you should do what you can to guarantee their future spending in your establishment. So over 28$, which they probably pay 4$ for a vape( even if it's more), you lose a customer. Very nice people in there, but you guys should work on that policy. Good luck to ya!

I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service at this place. TRAVIS goes above & beyond every. single. time. !!! He makes you feel confident in your decision, extremely knowledgeable & always put a smile on your face. The definition of good customer service. Hopefully the owner sees this and appreciate the hard work he puts in, because it definitely shows from a customers perspective!!
My feedback for the actual business itself is to maybe add stamp cards or rewards for your customers. It’s a fun way to market and encourages customers to keep coming back! It’s also a great way to show appreciation to your customers.
